OK after long time waiting i got my New Visa Card

1- Activated The Card
2- Got the PIN
3- Exchange 1950$ into the Card
4- Exchange successful

Try to Cashout from ATM and ATM says you don't have Enough Money in your Card . The money there and i can see from ATM the money is there but whenever try cashout the ATM says you don't have Enough Money . i try with 3 ATM from several Local Bank and all the same

Did you try to cashout 1950$ ?

you can't cashout more then 1000$ at a time (verified user), and 2000$ in one day.


I know that i have been using the MasterCard for 1 Year . i try 800$ and 1k . all the same . ATM says you don't have enough Balance and that's not true Because i can see from the ATM i have 1950$

and YES I'm verified USER For more then a Year . i have no idea if this Card Verified Or not .

Wait . didn't they say No need for New Verification Process when they Promote for this new Visa Card ?

Yes, that's what they say, but I was also verified, but I had to verify it again.
If you want to be sure (this is what I'm doing), go to cardholderonline.com (the company that sends us a card for wirex), register your card.
If, when you log in, you see "update" (my case), you must verify it again.
I recommend (if this is the case) to directly send proof to cardholder to boost the process (that's what y do, when i see that wirexp take a while)

Wirex are holding my bitcoin since may 24 after a failed transfer.

Since may 24 I was not able to have any support.

Unless you are interested to make business with a company that do not have support take very much care with wirex.

Wirex mobile application works fine. Now if you login with web browser and try to use their system it does not work.

You can not load cards, you can not do anything. Their system does not know the BTC price. It's been broken for months. I tried explaining to them 4-5 times with screenshots, they are idiots.

I have ordered one plastic card, received it, activated it, and now i want to load it with bcc and they ask me to verify with my ID card Huh WHAT THE HELL? Did they scammed me from the BTC amount of the card? Wow

I'm going to contact you so you can refund me the 0.007714 of the card. Unfortunately for you i got no-life so count of me to not stay passive.

they like to scam people. they do not have custumer support so good luck for you

Do not waste your time or your money here .. The cards do not work, they always give error when you try to buy in some online store. If you have an amount of money on the card and you have exceeded the recharge limit you can not change it back to bitcoin. The support is very bad, it takes 3 days to reply. I said .. look for another card better than this.

Exchange failed . from Plastic Card to BTC . and if this is not fixed and wasn't able to get my money out of that card by 26 this month my 999$ is gone and i wouldn't be able to get that unless i'm verified . even thought i submitted my Documents a week ago and so far no reply regarding that

Wirex > how worst it can get we need to know for real what happen to the company to come to this level ? be honest with us and at least let us go out of this system peacefully

Wirex/E-coin have a lot of complaint but i think they are trying to fix those problems...i had a problem before but after i submitted my papers they solve it right away...we hope that every problem will not repeat again and again. Smiley

So after you load the card they ask you to verify with ID?
If that doesn't sound like a scam scheme performed by a company then I don't know what is then. Roll Eyes
Same thing happened to me when I was using Sportsbet.io as my sportsbook:
As soon as I won over 1btc then they asked for me to prove my id with requesting my drivers license/passport and utility bill.
Provided what them with those items they wanted and still they did not pay me accusing of another thing.
They don't intend to pay you if they know they have a chance of keeping alot of money in their pockets instead of paying out their customers.
Typical scamming behaviour.

My money has been stuck with Wirex since the 14 of may when my friend tried funding my account via bank transfer.
I asked them to send the money back to his account if they can't process the transaction and since then even after promising to do it, they haven't!
WIREX is a SCAM!!!!
They are stealing!

Guys,

I'm a long time card holder for Wirex when they were E-coin.  The service has always been good, but something serious has happened the past few months.  Those people complaining are telling the truth.  There is something internally wrong with Wirex and I have had nothing but one problem after another.

The problems I've had:

1.  Their app took my dash for a load and 'lost' it.  It took me 2 weeks to track down what happened and ultimately I had to write to shapeshift to ultimately find that the transaction never was done, because the limits were wrong in their app and it was rejected.  What was worse was that after I contacted Wirex, they PUT a bitcoin deposit into my account and removed it (I guess to delay my response?), because when I checked the bitcoin deposit address, they put it in and pulled it out immediately, but their app only showed it going in and waiting for confirmation.

2.  I requested a new card over a month ago, and told them it had to go express shipment.  I worked with a rep for weeks as he told me over and over that it was indeed sent DHL express.  Finally I received a tracking number, and found out they sent it through Deutsche post, which I reminded them I can't get the deliveries because of the postal problems in my local area.  They went through a couple of reps while I kept having to explain things over and over to them.  I got the last rep who basically just ignored my requests for a new card, and she kept repeating that they 'sent it already' and ignored my input about that it hasn't and won't ever arrive.  Here's some excerpts from the latest debacle with them.  Apparently, they don't actually read the emails and just quickly reply:

When I used your app, it gave me 2 choices, and I chose to have the card expedited, which is not the way it was sent. Worse was when I spoke to your other rep about it, he claimed it was indeed sent DHL Express(check the communication between us), and yet this wasn't the case. It was send through the mail as it never arrived here as I told him over a month ago it would not. Will your company expedite through DHL another card to me or not? I have very little time to deal with this problem now.

I have tons of these ridiculous emails from them now where they don't see to care whether they help you or not.  It's only been happening recently (the past few months) as in the past I never had this issue.  Just a warning to everyone.  Stay away from Wirex until they get their stuff sorted out.  You will have nothing but problems and their customer support is completely useless.  I've already switched cards to UQUID to give it a try, and I saw another person mention cryptopay, so I might try them too.

today after 1 month of waiting they send they will refund my bitcoin to my wirex card within 3-5 days

those scum bag scammer dont want to give my bitcoin back

I've been part of a discussion related to wirex and I would like to hear (read) your opinion on a matter.

Basically a transaction has failed (wave crest cards may be flagged by some merchants?!) and it seems that the money is not visible in the wirex app (money didn't return to buyer).
