From what i have seen their rates become worse as the amount increases, if you put 100$ for exchange, they will take 25% cut. I dont know if they fixed it.

4 days now my ticket is made because of my failed exchange/withdraw that my bitcoin are gone!!!
Still no answer from them!
Worst support I ever seen in my life.

We're in the same boat. It's been almost a week without any response from them. I've been locked out of my money. Update: finally got response from support that there are issues with backend and that my problem would be fixed next week or week after that. |

I don't think I will use the service after reading all these posts,
But also I realise their btc/usd rates are worst off than other card providers by a huge margin.

Are you guys sure you send this card as Express Shipping ?
It's not DHL . also deutschepost says they can't track the shipment after it goes from Frankfort . it has been Departed on 31/5 and Today is 04/06 and my Local Post site Tracking System doesn't show anything about this Tracking Number

Unfortunately the tracking and tracing of the destination country does not offer a data interface with the tracking and tracing of Deutsche Post AG. I begin to lose control,
Monday last week, i received my new visa in change of the mastercard.
Add 100€ on it
Try it, not working anywhere, all transaction rejected
I contact the support, they said, that my card was send without the verification, and the bank need to verifiy it again, why not.
during this time, i try to withdraw the 100€, always in echec...
Today, i received a mail which confirm that's my account was verified again.
So try my card today, not working again, all transaction rejected.
What's the hell Wirex?
Since you decide to change the card (force the user to change) everything works fine, now, support response take a while. Lot of problem.
I was a satisfied user since one year, but i really think to change!!!

I got a reply from support. They 'fixed it', the failed exchange has now processed. But now I have money sat on my plastic card that I can't use anywhere cause it keeps declining. At this point, I just want my BTC back and to never use them ever again. Sad, cause I was recommending them to friends during the e-coin days.
*edit* AND NOW MY VIRTUAL CARD IS DECLINING. Service unusable.

failed exchange not new . the problem has been there for some time now i have no idea why they didn't fix this long ago . i have 4k on my other wallet and i'm afraid to transfer this to my Wirex wallet and try to exchange this to my new card and get this failed exchange . if that happen that's mean another week waiting for support team to fix this
it's sad to see what Wirex has become really sad . it was very good service

4- Exchange successful
Try to Cashout from ATM and ATM says you don't have Enough Money in your Card . The money there and i can see from ATM the money is there but whenever try cashout the ATM says you don't have Enough Money . i try with 3 ATM from several Local Bank and all the same
OMG . I don't know what to say really except that this is my request (127078)

Did you try to cashout 1950$ ? you can't cashout more then 1000$ at a time (verified user), and 2000$ in one day. |

Did you try to cashout 1950$ ? you can't cashout more then 1000$ at a time (verified user), and 2000$ in one day. I know that i have been using the MasterCard for 1 Year . i try 800$ and 1k . all the same . ATM says you don't have enough Balance and that's not true Because i can see from the ATM i have 1950$ and YES I'm verified USER For more then a Year . i have no idea if this Card Verified Or not . Wait . didn't they say No need for New Verification Process when they Promote for this new Visa Card ? |
