The pressure that Nico is feeling must really be immense with less than 12 hours until the race. He might not know if he is excited or scared that something bad might happen. I am sure that both the Red Bulls and the Ferraris will have so much fun in giving him a hard time when the opportunity arises. Would it be wise for Lewis to back Nico up so that Ricciardo and Kimi can close the gap?

The final race of the Formula 1 season is upon us.  Although I personally think the championship is in the bag for Rosberg, a part of me is still hoping to witness one of the greatest comebacks in motorsport.  I would be willing to bet .01 BTC for 10 to 1 odds on Hamilton to win the championship.  Any takers?

Final race was really boring. Hamilton was doing his best, but Vettel and Verstappen was to slow to overtake Rosberg. Rosberg deserved to win championship. Hamilton lost too much in first part of season.
In next season Ferrari and Red Bull need to make many improvements on their cars if they want to fight with Mercedes.
And it will be strange to see formula without oldscool guys Button and Massa.

@LTU_btc. You are right. Ferrari and RedBull need to start to come up with some improvements in performance for their car next year. If Mercedes becomes the dominant team again on 2017, we will be watching another boring season. Formula 1 is already losing fans because of this.

I speculate that RedBull will improve, Ferrari will be the same and we will see another year of Vettel complaining like a child again. They need a new team principal in my opinion.

I got bored with the race and stopped watching midway and just watched football for the rest of the day.  This season was a bit underwhelming with the Silver Arrows dominating once again.  I don't know if I would continue following F1 after this season.  Seems pointless since there's almost no more excitement.

Hamilton whit this tactics could use loot sooner last race was not the case (heavy rain) but race before he could use it in mexico to resolve winner
this was from Hamilton at least by me smartest driving in his carrier at first i was thinking that somehow RB and Ferrari have good car then i was wrong
i just can wait to see next season again with some new rules and regulations but i hope to see better driving from some teams and that some team will do better

This time with much effort Roseberg had grabbed the championship of the year 2016. Hamilton have been expected to be the champion of the year by most of the motor enthusiasts.

Well it was expected that Rosberg to be the Champion this year based on last races where he clearly was doing the calculator and not the racer. Same thing happened yesterday he only wanted a 2nd and third place and he achieved it. I saw in the last laps Hamilton trying his last chance by slowing down the other cars so he was hoping in a crash of Rosberg but that didn't work out well.

In the end the winner cannot be judged so congrats to Rosberg for this title of 2016.

He will certainly be penalized for backing up Rosberg. There is no question on that. He is unhappy with his team because this year Toto Wolff and Niki Lauda favored Nico Rosberg.

I can see something really bad happening with Hamilton and Mercedes within the last 2 years of his contract with them. He had reliability issues since the beginning of the season when the 2 drivers switched their engineers. There is also news that Lewis pulled out of testing this week to the shock of team Mercedes.

@cicciobtc. Pascal Wehrlein is out of Manor but is not listed anywhere else. What happened to him? I thought he is one of the better drivers with potential every week on the grid. There was a rumor that Force India was going to give him a drive but all I see is the name of his Manor teammate up there.
