Lykke Changes Ethereum Trading to Centralized
Lykke Exchange has successfully changed the operational mode to centralized for ethereum trading wallets. The seamless transition took place on January, 3. Ethereum funds stored in users’ multisignature trading wallets were transferred to a centralized hotwallet. The change does not affect Lykke Wallet UX, the trading process in the app remains the same.

Ive sent BTC to my trading wallet.I can see this transaction in the history and the status is confirm, but my balance is still empty. It was 2 days ago and couple hours before lykke got down. I wrote to the support and they just sent me this massage :
"To deposit BTC to your trading
multisignature wallet, please use the following address:....."
Lol ty. like it was my fault.
I know couple people with the same problem. Now I afraid that it was not a temporary mistake.

Support is active all day but mostly follows CET time. I haven't heard from any issues regarding delays in Bitcoin network other than the ones we all know about recently (slow and expensive). Did your deposit finally arrive?

support never answers any questions I have had. I had 1 question had a response but no answer to it and it was like a week later. This company is to slow to be taken seriously at this point.

The service from Lykke has been not great, 24 hours before I have transferred TIME coins and its still not even showing on etherscan for tracking nor it has reached the address to which i have sent, Lykke app shows its OFF Chain settled but nothing is shown anywhere. Very poor support from Lykke . I have even raised a support ticket : 37965. Hope this gets solved asap

Have you experienced BTC withdrawal stuck recently?

I used to withdraw BTC several time before and always got coins in an hour. However, this time I fail to receive my coins after the withdrawal 4 hours ago. And even no TX info on the chain. Sent the query to support but got no reply.

I used to withdraw BTC several time before and always got coins in an hour. However, this time I fail to receive my coins after the withdrawal 4 hours ago. And even no TX info on the chain. Sent the query to support but got no reply.

BTC i have withdrawn yesterday without any issue from lykke.

The problem now with my TIME transfer is it isnt even showing in etherscan which means transaction itself hasnt been started from lykke!

Zurich, Switzerland | January 10, 2017—Lykke, a Swiss FinTech company building a regulated global marketplace on the blockchain, has signed an agreement with the Access to Information (a2i) Programme of the Prime Minister’s Office of Bangladesh for the joint development of blockchain technology to power digitized public services.

“Lykke is honored to partner with Bangladesh and proud to play a role in this transformative effort,” said Richard Olsen, Lykke founder and CEO. “Blockchain technology holds the potential to reduce the time, cost, and effort required to access vital public services online, including financial services, but also identification, land records, and so on. We believe that this will truly accelerate many of the advancements that the Government of Bangladesh has already made in these areas. It can also help to establish a model for other countries to emulate.”

The signing ceremony took place during the International Seminar on South-South and Triangular Cooperation in Innovation of Public Services, a workshop hosted by a2i and the United Nations Office for South-South Cooperation (UNOSSC) from December 9–11 at the Prime Minister’s Office in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

In attendance were H.E. Mr. Reaz Rahman, the State Minister for Foreign Affairs; Mr. Md. Abul Kalam Azad, Chief Coordinator for Sustainable Development Goals from the Prime Minister’s Office; Mr. Kabir Bin Anwar, Director General (Administration) of the Prime Minister’s Office and Project Director of a2i; and Mr. Anir Chowdhury, a2i’s Policy Advisor.

I'm not sure if you ever tried support from Poloniex, Coinbase or Bittrex but you would be waiting two months..

Fiat withdrawals are processed manually, you'll get a confirmation once it's approved by the finance department.
