Until now, I only did 2 ATM withdrawals, no POS use.
Don't think there is a way to avoid the fees. I try to load medium-large amounts. their rates are slightly better than wirex ones, but wirex had a much better interface

I use the card since 10 days ago, loaded 2 times with a few hundreds of euros and works, I don't like the immediate fiat conversion of all funds. But exchange rates look slightly better than wirex rates
Sorry but which exactly card are you referring to? Advcash The fact that it works for you it's good to hear. At least somebody can give info from the user point of view. Is there any way to avoid that 10$-ish "gateway" fee when filling the balance from Bitcoin? Do they accept any altcoins? Is it a proper Mastercard/Visa, did you use it at more than one merchant? Thanks. 70k fee https://kuuv.io/i/1824e09.jpg

As far as I know there are currently no available Visa cards. They are all suspended due to issues with Wave-Crest so until some new Visa partner is found as a provider Visa bitcoin debt cards will not be on the market.

Do you have a list or (even better) a link on what's expected to be blocked in 26 January? Could you please share? Thanks.

Can anyone recommend a physical debit card with 1-2 weeks delivery to EU and no ID/passport requirements? A low limit is fine.
Are you really asking about a card that requires no verification withing the EU after we just had VISA suspending those cards for this reason (among others). If there is indeed a one that is doing that I'm giving them 1-2 months of service at most.

If there is indeed a one that is doing that I'm giving them 1-2 months of service at most. Virtual card is also OK and a low limit (150€-500€) is fine. Cellphone verification or KYC 1 is OK. I just need a prepaid card that doesn't require passport scan. AdvCash has a virtual card that may be OK. But check the limits very well. Lifetime is 250$ iirc. Just you'll have to decide if the gateway fee for Bitcoin top up is Ok for you.

Is there any anonymous bitcoin debit card that still works in the market?
Most if not all bitcoin debit cards are affiliate cards issued by providers or banks on behalf of the globally renowned card provider associations Visa, MasterCard and AmEx. Because of the affiliation and the provider's contractual obligations towards these associations, they almost always ask for ID. No-ID cards are available but they have useless limits. Just one purchase event and the card's limit is depleted. Mistertango has a good card but requires ID. The Polish cards which used to be sold here were anonymous but those were mainly scams. Either scammers had backdoor access to the cards or the banks blocked them, rendering them useless. There are countless no-name cards in the market with low limits but they are not loadable with bitcoin.

A lot of them have a "no verify" option, but they come with lifetime limit. To withdraw 2-3K you'd have to order 2-3 cards, and they'd be dead after. Not sure if that's the way to go for you.

The EU has recently updated their AML regulation and now the lifetime ATM withdrawal limit for unverified prepaid cards is 250 €. Therefore you would have to order 8-12 cards in order to withdraw 2-3k €, which obviously is highly impractical or even impossible (are there even that many Bitcoin debit card providers left?).

You have to know that anonimous use of any service, including Bitcoin debit cards, bring certain limitations and much smaller benefits than with ID verified. Anonimous user is always a certain risk to provider when it comes to regulation and it will be harder and harder to get some product on anonimous basis. Provider needs some insurance and something to start with in case of their business or regulation terms violation.
