Hey bit365, I was wondering if you could look into this play for me? It appears to be stuck in pending again. Also I wanted to ask what timeframe you guys would prefer we wait before posting about wagers still pending? I know payouts can sometimes take a bit longer with the ebb and flow of the bankroll. Could you please explain in a little more detail what the numbers on the top of the site mean?
Is it displaying the profit for investors or for the players?

The info at the top of the website is the site's (house) stats as of August 20th, when we introduced the investing system. Invested: Investments + profit Wagered: Total graded wagers in BTC Profit: Site's profit in BTC Max Profit: Max profit per bet Bets: Total bets (including pending bets) Profit %: Profit / Wagered |

Do you mind if I ask, what kind of % profit have you been seeing so far (before investments were allowed)? It looks like you price to about 104-105% so you would expect a 2-2.5% profit, maybe slightly less if the punters are shrewd.
Usually I wouldn't ask but I guess it will be visable for all to see in the coming weeks!

We were over 4% after ~6 months. |

After investing, how do you get your bitcoin back? Just PM you on here?
Also, is the commission compounded?
If I make 1 bitcoin profit one week, it takes out .15 so I am up .85, then the next week I make 1 bitcoin again, does it take 15% from the 1 that I made, or 15% from the total of 1.85?

When you invest there is a link on your investment page to cash out your balance. You would be charged 15% on all net profits above your original investment. In this example, it would be 0.15 BTC on each week for 0.3 BTC total. |

And it's also hard to communicate with bit365, since this is the only way to do so, and I am a jr. member. Could not there be some way to click a button that alerts customer support about an unpaid bet? Just sent out your soccer bets now... Your customer service alert idea is great, we will add a feature today on the bet slip where you can alert us if the payout has not been sent same-day. Cheers |
