It's been almost a week since I've tried to cash out my investment and all I have gotten is run around from Bit 365. Today I noticed there is no longer a link to this forum from the site. Beware of these guys! The investment option sounds good in theory, but once you give them your bitcoin you will never see it again.

There's only one reason why they set up the investment option and it's not a good one for the players. Also, there isn't a forum presence anymore.

Wow, lots of complaints about slow payouts or no payouts over the last couple of days. I guess I'm not the only one. I have a winning wager from last Thursday (6 days ago) that is still listed as pending and not paid. www.bitcoinsports.eu/bet/bd3c1I have emailed support and just recently PM'd BIT365 directly. I hope that this is resolved soon. Update: Wager has been paid in full. |

Hey you don't list any complaints about the site on your site? Don't you need some user testimonials before downgrading them? We have received 2 written complaints in which both members now have been paid. We have been in close contact with Bit365 as they have been manually grading each and every bet "because to investors" I'm in the process of verifying this info as well which will tell a lot more about the financial security of such company. |

Yeah, I love these guys with how I don't need to register. Unfortunately, baseball payouts have gone from "immediately after game ends" to "sometime around midday tomorrow (maybe)."
I don't mind a slow payout for not-so-popular sports, but I've been waiting for two days now for the "Edmonton Eskimos at Calgary Stampeders" game to be graded. Also "FC Heidenheim at Saarbrucken."
EDIT: Hey, at least Bit365 still reads these forums. 5 minutes after posting this, they were graded!
I like that they added a "Flag for Help" button for bet slips. The fact that they took down the forum link concerns me. This is their public feedback page. You shouldn't hide negative feedback. You fix your problems. EDIT: Link is back.

It seems a shame that bets just aren't being settled without being prompted. I used to work at Betfair when they were starting up and sometimes overnight bets would be left unsettled or very occassionally someone would forget a market and it wouldn't be paid out for days or until someone complained. That was very definitely the exception rather than the rule.
If Bit365 is a 1 man team, it must be a lot of work for him, but if he wants to actually thrive he needs to step up the settlement speed. Then people will bet more often too, I personally will not bet again if I have unsettled bets from a day or 2 ago. As I say, it is a shame; the football (soccer) markets are very good and competitively priced. Maybe he should reduce the other markets offered and stick to simple "to win" or simple line markets until he can get everything in order.

They used to be fast. I'd only get bets that hung in limbo very infrequently using them. They were very responsive to problems I had. Now though... These delays in grading and payment are incredibly uncomfortable, especially when they are happening to so many people. It's hard not to wonder when a bet goes more than a day if the coins aren't going to come back. It also becomes impossible to recommend this book to other people looking to make bets. |
