Is there no reasonable way to play with your iPhone and the Blockchain app?
It seems that I need to "cut and paste" the bitcoin deposit address over to the Blockchain app in order to place my bet. Isn't there a way to set it up so that the Blockchain app (or other wallet) opens up with the payment address already loaded? For instance, if I send someone a payment request over email from my Blockchain app, then all the person has to do is click on the link and the app opens with the payment address and value pre-filled: they just need to press "send."
None of my tech-illiterate hockey-fan friends are going to "cut and paste" on their iPhones. An easier way to use the website from an iPhone is needed before I even show non-bitcoiners this site.

But he's been pretty professional to-date. Also, keep in mind that right now it's about midnight over there. Even Bit365 probably sleeps. |

I'm not sure that I buy the recent excuses from Bitcoinsports. None of them seem to explain why an "investment" that I cashed out 6 days ago (bitcoinsports.eu/inv/13855) still has not been sent.
I also have bets that have gone unpaid for almost as long (like bitcoinsports.eu/bet/a8738). When they stop paying investors who are cashing out, that seems to me a much more worrying sign!
For the information of would-be betters: (1) bit365 did pay out all of the bets I complained about in the quoted post within 12 hours after I posted it. (Thank you.) (2) In the interest of fairness, I should also mention that this is the first time I've had to post here to get my money from them. My prior ~50 bets and 5 investments all paid out in a reasonable time. Perhaps my skepticism was overly harsh. Based on my experience and others posted here, it now seems entirely plausible to me that this truly was a one-time server-related issue. |
