Bit365 I am wanting to invest a couple coins with you but you for DAYS have not addressed the bet made by BTCBlade which should have paid him over 10 BTC. You have YET to pay him out. This is very concerning and making me any many others wonder actually how liquid are you. I really hope you did not have any of investor's coins in coinlenders or other things which defaulted. Or in USD. PLEASE share with us what is really going on.

We have been extremely busy/overwhelmed trying to fix the investment issue over the past week and have simply not had time to look into all support requests. 99% of pending bets have now been sent out and BTCBlade I will look into your issue now.

I feel bad for all the bitching in these threads... Bit365 is a nice guy and has always paid me my bets (even larger ones) alas after 3-4 days because of the problems with payouts. Everyone needs to calm down it has always taken bitcoinsports a little time to do things but things always end up done
So far this has been my experience as well. Seconded. I offer my services as a computer programmer (I accept BTC as payment, of course). I thought it was brilliant that he put a button 'flag for help', and I would like to take credit for it with a comment I posted some time ago. But I don't truly know. If only we could trust that a bet 'flagged for help' wouldn't get lost in ANY shuffle, I could muster up patience for several days. I would simply alter my betting so that I wouldn't be out more than 10% of my overall btc "wealth" (I just made myself chuckle heartily.) But the fact that clicking that button now seems to do absolutely nothing -- makes matters much worse from a perceptual level. It acts as an irritant. When it was designed for just the opposite, the fact that faith is now misplaced in it has the exact opposite effect. I trust BTC365 because he understands the fundamental rule of betting: A bet's a bet. And he stands by that. |
