The following graded winning bets have not been paid (for 5 days now):
http://www.bitcoinsports.eu/bet/ddd9c
http://www.bitcoinsports.eu/bet/78f3b

[/s]
Edit: These have now been paid.  Thank you!

I also have an unrelated question about your accounting.  Do the amounts listed at the top of your web page include Futures bets, such as those taken at the beginning of the (American) football season?  As I'm writing this, the numbers shown are:
WAGERED=2507.41  PROFIT=161.85

If those wagers do not include futures, then I would encourage you to:
  1) State clearly what bets are not included (i.e. before a certain date, all futures bets, or whatever the case may be), and
  2) Let would-be investors know what the amount collected and outstanding on futures bets is and

I recognize that you're swamped out the moment trying to clean up the back-log of unpaid bets, but please clarify when you can.  At this point, I think anything you can do to help bolster the confidence of potential investors is ultimately to your benefit.  As the season winds to a close, the outstanding futures bets are an issue that skeptics could easily seize on as evidence that "BitcoinSports is a scam".  I hope you'll take this opportunity to prevent that.

I don't think we're ever going to get paid, guys. :/ This is still 10 btc, and 8 days late. There is no reason that an "investment payout problem" should have taken this long to resolve. The game is even graded correctly as a win - it's just not paying out.

It should literally take bit365 2 seconds to find the address that my 5btc payment came from, and then send back my 5btc wager along with the 5.5 btc winnings.

Couple that with the fact that bit365 seems to be able to instantly take care of small bets means that they are having liquidity problems, not "investment calculation" problems.

Ugh...

I love how people are posting on this board 15 minutes after their bet closes demanding their .0005 BTC payment. While some people are waiting on thousands of dollars to be returned to them. I also agree with the liquidity speculation, if they were having so many issues grading bets and investments it seems prudent to down the site to stop the work flow. It seems the base of the pyramid is crumbling.   Sad Lips sealed

I don't know the guy (bit365). So don't think I'm being biased or partial.

If I read him correctly, payouts for investments were higher than they should have been. THAT issue has been fixed. But there are issues that resulted: Having paid more to investors, liquidity seems a real issue. People who invested 10 btc are not being paid, while people who invested 0.01 btc are getting paid. There is an issue with the "cash flow."

So to recap so far:

1) There was an issue that is fixed.
2) That issue seems to have stressed the business's margin (arguably a low-margin business to begin with).

I believe that BTC365 is legit. I have placed 148 or so bets and have been paid out on every single one (that I won).

So I propose that people invest in his business. Again, I do not know this guy. I have one more game this season, after which I will invest my bitcoins myself. Until the 2014 season kicks off.

It's either that or we be very patient with the payouts. But it does not seem to me that we should be swinging at a guy between a rock and a hard place.

Interesting solution to the problem. Heck, at this point, if they're really suffering liquidity problems to that extent, I'd be willing to let him turn my investment + payout of 10.5btc to an "investment" in bitcoinsports.eu, with a definitive payment date down the road, along with a portion of any winnings the site has gotten from now until then.

I just wish he'd talk to us. This whole "let's not say anything, but quietly respond to any small requests while ignoring the requests for the large amounts that we owe" is destroying their credibility and their business.

Of course, if he just wants to run off into the sunset with all of our btc, guess everything makes perfect sense...

I would have no problem with this, if bit was being straight with us.  The amounts owed to people are not part of the book's margin structure.  They should be coming straight from the money that was invested with the site.  According to the site stats, the book is up 161.9 BTC in profit alone, and has a current bankroll of 494 BTC invested.  There is no acceptable explanation for why those amounts can not be paid back on demand.

At this point, nobody should be betting with these guys until this stuff is back on track.  I'm at the point now where I'd kill just to have my original investments back.  It's a shame.  I don't know what recourse there is.  I was always worried about something like this but when I first invested the amount I had out there was something I was willing to risk.

Whatever happened, I would much prefer the honest truth than being strung along like this.  It's the least that can be done.

I'm still owed 26BTC from my investment. No one should be giving these guys any action until this is resolved. I can't believe that they still have the invest option turned on at this point.

That's really what he SHOULD have done. He bit off more than he could chew with the open-ended investments.

And, yeah... communication has never been his strong point. For a long time you couldn't even email him. This forum was the ONLY way jr. members could contact him.

I agree and second this...I have placed bets as high as 7-9 btc and have been payed out by bit no problems.  I think he is legit but this is definitely a problem that has hurt his business which really sucks and I am still waiting on a large WIN payout that hasn't been payed now for 9 days.  It's really a shame to see this happen to such a great book.  I've been playing on several other books lately and I don't like them as much as I like this book but as you say it's all about investor "confidence".  If you don't have that then you cant run the business successfully.  If they could get their issues resolved with the investments I actually liked the investment option (that most other books DONT have).  C'mon bit lets get this place back to where it once was!

No, very little in way of communication.

I think Monero (XMR) is very interesting.
