Guys,

Does someone knows why all the bets are haven't been paid yet ? Is there any kinda problem with the site or something ? I am still waiting for my bet to get paid but no updates from bit365 ..

BTC365 had a problem with investments. They were paying out too much. As a result, "cash" crunch. (Is it okay to refer to bitcoin as "cash"? ... I think so).

Also, he has a bug with the automatic payouts. A few pages back he said that payouts are now manual.

It is page 52 in this thread. Which is about a week ago. So ... be patient. He seems truly legit. Just totally swamped.

My correspondent notes no payment so far.

The 40btc guy notes no payment so far; he added that this point, Bitcoinsports.eu, he would be satisfied if you simply returned his investment and he would be willing to call things even with that.

what bit should do is suspend all betting activities until the bets have been paid and find a better way to settle bets to make this a smoother process..

It's good to hear from you.  As a show of good faith just to demonstrate that this isn't a liquidity issue, could you make it a point to stop what you're doing for just a moment and just pay out one of the larger outstanding bets that has been brought up in this thread?  I don't care if my investment takes a little longer, but I would really like to see the player base get paid and restore some faith in you guys.

This is just standard operating procedure, I am sure bit365 will pay out investors/winnings in due time. Clearly bit365 has the money because if you click on the invest tab, you will see that the site is running a significant profit with alot still invested.

Lots of bets have been paid out. It looks like 365 can't pay out the investments until he pays out the bets... but he is not paying the bets until he calculates the investment!

That is certainly not the way I would do it. Obviously, the bet is pre-calculated and easier to pay-out faster. The investment, as a batch, would simply fall into place.

But perhaps I am not rich because I lack such attention to detail. At any rate, I have found straggler bets in the threads. Starting with mine:
