Ok, a handful of people PM'ed me and I reviewed my information, and I believe that it's not yet a slam dunk. There's more work to be done. I've assured bit365 that I will continue until it is completed and that it would be arrogance on his part to doubt this. And I believe he understands this. It is a check-and-balance of power in this community.
I have encouraged Bit365 to work it out, even on an individual basis if possible. If he PM's you, try to be flexible at this point, as we all have lost bitcoins before. (I'm not saying it's what happened, but it's possible.)
Nobody wants to see his site fade away -- in fact, quite the opposite -- there was no "bettor" place on the web! (bit365, feel free to use that). We all want this situation to be resolved so that our sports betting can continue unimpeded, myself included. I can't place a bet until this thing is resolved.
I will have his identity locked-down by February 1, 2014. I am actually going to write some software to assist me. He has until January 31st to come to individual agreements, if not payouts.
If people are still interested in his identity on February 1, 2014, I WILL GIVE IT TO THEM.
I'm definitely interested...hoping this just gets resolved I really like the lines this site has compared to other BTC sports sites.

I'm going to leave this right here...https://i.imgur.com/WjcBYIK.jpgAnd for the record, jj30 is a vigilante, not an hero. It's a shame if you're too invested in his adventure to know the difference.

OSCIM, you're a dumbass. Why?
A) There's not that much difference between a vigilante and a hero when his intentions are right B) You're posting a stupid .24btc bet from 4 days ago, while other people are waiting for TENS OF BITCOINS from MORE THAN A MONTH AGO. For instance, I am owed almost 44X as much as you, and when I placed the bet, bitcoinsports.eu was still paying. What's your excuse for placing a bet 4 days ago? C) You're not contributing anything to the discussion.

he clearly has no plans to pay anyone right? At least people are starting to remove his sigs and are stopping to advertise for him for free. That should also stop more people from going there and getting ripped off. Like since he claimed that the cold wallets were lost. he has gotten a ton of more bets and more investment and yet no one has gotten paid. If there were going slow because he did not have the money but he was paying some people i might believe him, but hes taking in new money and not paying out for winning bets or new investments, and alos no paying back old people who are owed money. So hes just trying to string everyone along so he can get as much more money off dumb people who keep investing and betting, before it finally all falls apart. I really really hope that i'm wrong, but there is nothing at all to show that that might be true. If you have any intentino of peying people start now, you said you recovered a wallet or 2 there should be some BTC there, PAY PEOPLE who you owe money too, people are still betting and investing, don't keep that money, pay people you own, even if its only 4 or 5 BTC a day start paying. If you have to take some out of you personal BTC do that if your site is legit that what you need to do to show people. If you don't do that then its just a scam and your stealing peoples money while laying to everyone here.

I am happy to report that bit has settled my Heisman bets as I had suggested in this post a week ago: ... I feel like patting myself on the back for my brilliant bets 10 weeks ago that Jameis Winston would win the Heisman, so here goes: http://www.bitcoinsports.eu/bet/2aa31http://www.bitcoinsports.eu/bet/b82e3http://www.bitcoinsports.eu/bet/5d8d4Bit, if you are prepared to offer me anything for my winning bets, please do not hesitate to contact my by PM. For starters, how about you merely cancel and refund one of them? Accepting my money back on a bet I won at > 12:1 odds is the most generous offer I can make. We could then discuss a mechanism to convert the other into a long-term investment in your site as part of a plan to rehabilitate your reputation and return the site to profitability. In the interest of transparency, I will post whatever happens to this forum. The net effect of this is that 3 unpaid bets worth a total of 9.25 BTC have now been resolved to my satisfaction. I received the refunded 0.23 BTC in my bitcoin wallet immediately. The majority of the balance was converted to a "long-term" investment of ~6 BTC. I hope this is a sign of improved communication and problem resolution from bit.

Only PM'd a couple of times over the last two weeks, with no response. Didn't bother trying to e-mail as most of you guys on here said it was pointless. Got the full amount owed, but it wasn't a large sum. Only .24 from a bet placed over a month ago. I'd like to see this situation resolved for everyone, and would like to continue to use the sites services again also. However, I will not until the rest of you have your transactions cleared and paid in full.
