eliovp aka heliox.... I am still ROI-ing my Nanos.... and wondering if you can do a lowpower29Mhs rom for it. The power bill is still killing me. Thanks

What are you running right now? in other words, vddc = at minus how much?

-115 is the only that worked.

150 worked for awhile but unstable.

If I provided you good and useful info or just a smile to your day, consider sending me merit points to further validate this Bitcointalk account ~ useful for future account recovery...

Well, just go for a -100 or -94 vddc offset and raise that core. Keep your memory at around 290 and you'll be ok. (HBM memory works in 20Mh steps, just so you know Wink).

Here, because i had nothing else to do :p (haha)

Tighter timings, both vddc and mvddc -100mV

Try to play around with core and memory clock. I'm sure you'll find something very interesting Wink

Greetings!

thanks for the guide - let me try it out from -100mV rom and work up from there.

Hey

I already had a nitro rom for 380 Smiley

Shared it with a few people privately. They're all very happy with it

Getting 23.5Mh out of it Smiley

Will share it later.

Got a rom for 370 cards as well. Wink

yum yum.... 370?

Can you send me download link for 370 and also 370 Nitro?

Yups.

Should be compatible with these cards (4GB!). (tested on a 370 nitro and MSI 370 4G)

ASUS STRIX R7 370 DirectCU II
GIGABYTE R7 370 WindForce 2X OC
HIS R7 370 IceQ X2 OC
MSI R7 370 Gaming
MSI R7 370 OC
PowerColor PCS+ R7 370
Sapphire Dual-X R7 370
Sapphire Nitro R7 370
XFX R7 370
XFX R7 370 Double Dissipation
XFX R7 370 Double Dissipation Black

Link: Here

Best results (only tested a few hours): core: 1080, mem 1650.

Was thinking about creating seperate threads but haven't found the time for that.

Greetings!

this link is 404,Can give a new one plz
 Wink Wink

Yeah, i took it down.

Maybe, maybe i'll put it back up..

@Eliovp: Any modded ROMs for equihash?

The 800/250 ROMs for ETH are not good for ZEC. ZEC needs fast clocks both for core and mem. I am running the Nanos on stock ROMs with -72mV on core with Trixx.
Giving appr. 28 Sols/s at slightly above 100W per card from the wall (CPU power draw not included).

However Trixx won't undervolt automatically after a power loss and subsequent restart. Afterburner only shows undervolting but doesn't do it actually.
So even a simple modded ROM with just -75mV for core and maybe the same for mem, but leaving the clocks unchanged, would be practical for Nano miners.

Good to have an updated optimal Bios setting for ZEC.  Wondering what's the best core/memory speed?

The best mining speed is about 50H/s for the 1050/500 MHa frequency. We need better memory timing strap.

Getting on average 48 Sol/s with 1000/500 stock ROM clocks on Claymore 1.0 and 1.1
Getting on average 53 Sol/s with 1000/500 stock ROM clocks on Claymore 2.0

I'm getting the same speed as you.  I believe the higher speed with Claymore 2.0 is mostly due to increased CPU usage - noticed higher usage.

Tried that Bios... having problem to even boot to Windows.  I guess my Nano couldn't take such aggressive memory timings. Sad

It's most likely the memory undervolt..

Hello,
I suppose these roms doesn't work for a fury-x?
Maybe I will try to mod a bios by myself ...

@Eliovp at this ROM only the voltages are modded, or any mem timings too?
Cause I can raise my Nano mem clocks up to 550+ MHz, but I can´t see any effect at ZEC mining (stock ROMs).
