Ethereum: Good alt or stay away?

Hi everyone, I've been around for a while now.. 
I've seen a lot of posts positive and negative about Ethereum.

At the moment I am holding Bitcoins, but I have invested in some Ether as well.

Now I am wondering, what are legitimate concerns about Ether (except for IPO, as I've already read this in a lot of posts).

So can anyone bring real other issues to the table, to enlighten me (and maybe a lot of other readers?)

thats the key, i will only trust in bitcoin, i mean that every trade i made, i made it to get more bitcoins, in the end, is just to get more bitcoins, so to reply you about the main question, is to yes, go into eth if there is a good Price , not like now atm that i'm writing this, since i really think is overvalued now.

Ethereum is a pretty good Altcoin by possessing it and staying on Ethereum is much more convincing than its ever-increasing development. so as to be able to make it the main coin in this period which is very profitable in the future.

Yes it is. Ethereum is a good altcoin. Also, its demand was great as bitcoin.
Because, it was a general currency for buying tokens on ICO also for payment issue as transaction fee.
Ethereum is a very well crypto currency.

ETH is one of my favourite coins. Earlier I slightly trusted in ETH. For me there was only BTC because of the stability. Now in my opinion ETH in respect of investments looks even better than BTC.
