Of course, that Bitcoin can disappear; however I don't believe that it happen... Even if governments forbid its use, there will always be someone that will use it.
Well anything can happen but bitcoins disappearing !!! I can't imaginee that happening. Bitcoins are the new age currency and it is here to stay. Even if it is made illegal many people will be able to use it.

It will not disappear. Even if the governments forbid it like you say, the governments is not that can do anything big to the dark net where many of the bitcoin transactions are happening. Sure the government can shut down websites like Silk Road but meanwhile other websites like it are coming out almost everyday. So it will not disappear.

Well, the amount of Bitcoin is limited but I don't think that this also means that it can disappear. Except that something unexpected happens, like some regulation that will ruin Bitcoin in total or some big incident on cryptocurency financial market.

I think Bitcoin will stay for a very long time.  It will only become obsolete but will never disappear.

Bitcoin is not intended to scam people, it is a  intended to use as currency.  Bad people see the opportunity to scam people of their money by enticing them to some scammy scheme and using bitcoin as bait.  It wasn't bitcoin fault but those bad guy taking advantage of ignorant people who were fueled by greed to jump in a scam plan.

If bitcoin was a scam it actually wouldnt matter as the only value BTC has is what people are willing to pay for it.
It could be monopoly money and it wouldnt matter as long as there is agreement that they are worth something.

Bitcoin can disappear?
And if bitcoin is a scam, what will happen in world?
People will panic?

Bitcoin is not a scam, that really needs to be pointed out. If it was then it would be the biggest scam to be ever pulled globally. Companies like Microsoft and Steam would have gained nothing through acceting Bitcoin as a means of payment. The only risk they could fear is the liquidity; i doubt Bitcoin would ever dissapear even if the price would go down.

Even in the worst scenarios where bitcoin protocols were hacked and its price drops to 0.01, the bitcoin ecosystem will remain forever because the blockchain has many other possibilities to survive and provide useful advances in digital technology.

Yes bitcoin can disappear, however its technology can't! Blockchains are here to stay. To me it doesn't matter if it's named bitcoin or whatever else, as long people keep using the internet for their transactions there will always be a need for some kind of cryptocurrency.

it's all possible if the price of bitcoin fell to its lowest point and when many people suffered losses certainly will not be much interested in bitcoin but I think it is difficult to happen.

If price falls it will rise again, and its not new in bitcoin, but people who will get panic with price falls will surely quit bitcoin, and those who have faith in potential of bitcoin will stay with it forever.
even the price of bitcoin fall down to deep area, you will hold for no reason, i dont think that a smart way and maybe will make you losing much money.

Assuming that criminal penalties will be introduced in all countries of the world for the use of cryptocurrency, then disappear "target audience", and with it themselves cryptocurrency. But as long as the ratio in different countries is different - somewhere prohibit (eg, Russia), where a state contrary promotes its use (for example, in Iceland, Singapore). So in the short term is unlikely disappearance.

I agree. It cannot be determined with certainty that Bitcoin will survive the test of time, there are still plenty of issues that need to be addressed before it can even aspire to reach mainstream status. Blockchain technology on the other hand is unlikely to disappear any time soon because the underlying theory is extremely sound.

Bitcoin will not disappear till people are using it, if everyone will stop using or don't bother about bitcoin then it can disappear, and we all know that will never happen.

I think bitcoin could disappear if users decide to stop with bitcoin , it is unlikely this will not happen because
there are still many people who use the bitcoin and in a few years to come I 'm sure bitcoin will be more popular .
