Bitcoin can disappear?

Yes, bitcoin can disappear, but its not a central service like e.g. paypal where a single company with a single CEO can decide to close shop. Bitcoin works because many people do something for it. Some have mining equipment, some contribute code in their free time, some goods or services for bitcoin, others have servers or run full nodes from home. They all together make bitcoin work. If they all (or a larger number of them) decide to no longer care for bitcoin, it will become meaningless.

And if bitcoin is a scam, what will happen in world?

Everything about bitcoin how works is open and can be examined. If you take the time to learn more about bitcoin you will understand that bitcoin itself can not be a scam same as the internet itself cant. There are scammers that are after your bitcoin though, so be careful who you trust.

People will panic?

I dont think so. I think if bitcoin ever disappeared its either because there is a bigger problem (e.g. no internet) or because it slowly died out.
The bitcoin cant just disapear becuase i know for sure that allot of peoelare not into the bitcoin here just to see the bitcoin disappear becuase bitcoins has allot of usrs he will not be able to
disappear belive me .

Bitcoin can disappear?
Things don't just suddenly disappear, we live in the real world.

And if bitcoin is a scam, what will happen in world?
It is not a scam.

People will panic?
Only the average Joe panics over nothing.

How could bitcoin disappear? I don't think that could happen. It can reduce in value to 0.01 cent but that doesn't mean it will vanish and not be available to be used as a currency.
Exactly. Bitcoin can't just disappear for no apparent reason.
I dont think that the b itcoin is able to dissappear for ever you know allot of people dont know much about that because they dont see the bitcoin as a thing that can drop really much

I think not, in the coming decades or more. Also, since bitcoin has already been available on many storage or node, the only way for bitcoin to fully disappear is to wipe off its data in existence which is highly improbable. As for the user base, it could be decreased too, however I think it wouldn't be possible for the user base to disappear abruptly.
Yes i agree with the fact that bitcoin is still growing and already its becoming more and more popular and is on the progress and stores in developed countries started accpeting bitcoins and in the future its adoption across the world would increase even more.So for many years i dont see this happen.

Yes bitcoin is increasing so it is possible for the time being will not disappear. But if bitcoin left behind and did not develop it would be able to make it decline and disappear. So the bottom line for bitcoin is constantly evolving and changing, bitcoin will continue to exist.

Bitcoin as a currency won't disappear, but the worst that could happen is that it's price decrease tremendously making it practically worthless. Unlike other novelty items such as comics and luxury watches which increase through time , butcoin can't guarantee its success as we don't really know how it will move in the crypto market. But I hope to be positive about that.

Yep just takes one appropriate sized space rock (Asteroid) of the Dino killing size to hit the Earth..and BTC will be kinda a 'meh...' type forgotten  issue real quick Smiley

Look at it this way if it all goes 'poof' and beanie baby / tulips / crash to zip....it still will take up less room on a usb drive in your old age when they put you in the nursing home then collecting cats. And boy oh boy ...with just you mining it the difficulty would be great!

Bitcoin wont just disappear just because some of the people does not know how to deal with it because the majority of bitcoin users are well aware of what is going on in the community or if what they are supposed to do with their coins, so majority has the authority, it wont disappear because of that reason at all.

A real world war that will create a lot of destruction will really stop it all. That moment bitcoin wont be important but just survival, food and drinks. Some safe place where the remaining explosions wont hit you.

Firstly, check your posts for grammatical errors before you hit the post button. Using the preview option is good for that.

People not knowing Bitcoin is no reason for Bitcoin to disappear. Look at how low the number of people is that are using Bitcoin in one way or another. And still, Bitcoin is constantly growing. Don't forget that 2 miners and 2 nodes are more than enough to keep Bitcoin alive. Wink So no, it won't go anywhere.

and when you are only holding the bitcoins you are not able to deal
with the bitcijun and pleas drop them.,

I am not exactly sure what you mean so explain please, your phrasing is terrible.

Theoretically, yes. If the internet, technology and computers wouldn't exist anymore, the Bitcoin would disappear. It's almost impossible to happen, so don't worry, you can use Bitcoins without fear, the possible of this happen is very very smaller, so small that can be considered conspiracy theory.  Cheesy

I would have to agree with you, but isn't that what is happening right now, with Hillary and Trump being the only options for President!!!!  Bitcoin may not survive this!!
No in all seriousness, bitcoin is to large at this point in time to be destroyed.  There are to many people who deal with it.  It would be like trying to get rid of all the beanie babies of the world!!

I do not think that it would be possible for bitcoin to just disappear.  There are to many computers out there running small nodes making it almost impossible for it to just up and quit.  I do think that there could be a slowdown, but not a disappearance of bitcoin.
