Please, provide the following details of your asset when you request listing:
link to an official git of your node or to the contract
link to an official website
link to properly functioning block explorer
name of the asset and trading symbol

By applying to add an asset to Livecoin Trading Platform, the developer or an official representative of an asset agrees to report all technical issues with cryptocurrency, node, block explorer, etc., as well as notify of scheduled forks well in advance and promptly report the forks which occurred already. In case of loss of the clients' funds due to forks or technical issues with blockchain or node, the developer bears full responsibility for the damage.

Timeline for listing of a new asset depends on agreements reached with the applicant, the term for each specific asset is subject to negotiations on an individual basis. The shortest term for listing is 1 week.

Dear Livecoin team,

In about a month ago you sent notification to all Livecoin members you are changing BTC addresses in Livecoin account.
I did make a mistake and did not read this notification and transfer BTC to old BTC livecoin address anyway (my fall)

I sent you support ticket and you explained me you can nothing to help and my BTC are lost.
But today I checked in BTC explorer you transferred my lost BTC forward anyway?

Are there any changes you can save my lost BTC and withdraw it to my new livecoin BTC wallet?
Since you were able to transfer BTC forward I assume you are able to safe them?

I have a basic question. When you go to buy a coin, I notice there are two scroll able window areas below the two sections where you can buy or sell a coin. Under the "buy" section that you can scroll through and see different orders, are these actual orders that you can buy from others? Or is it just a history? This wasn't clear to me. I took a screenshot of what I mean. Also, can I send ETH from a place like Gemini.com to an ETH wallet on your exchange? I am nervous hearing about wallets being changed or things not being processed etc.  How long would something like that take once it is sent to you?

This order book. An order book is a list of all the active buy and sell orders placed for a currency on an exchange.
It allows traders to see a list of buy and sell orders and allows them to get a sense of market depth.

I am posting here because I am not getting my issue addressed by the Livecoin support staff.

I initiated a transfer OUT (withdrawal from Livecoin) on Thursday, April 19th.

It is now Tuesday, April 24th (5 days later) and the transfer still has not been processed.  The only information I have been given by your support staff is that "it has been assigned to a technical agent."

This is a significant amount of money and the the length of time this is taking to resolve and the lack of information about what is going on is unacceptable.

I have withdrawn multiple times already from the Livecoin wallet to the same destination address.  There should not be an issue.

Please assist!

I've recently learned that livecoin changed their BTC deposit addresses.  They didn't inform me that this was happening and unfortunately I've been using the old one.  Their support staff have told me that the funds are lost. 

There must be a way to recover them.  Surely they haven't just thrown away the keys to the old deposit addresses?

Does anyone here have a way to contact livecoin other than through their support pages?  I'm will to pay to recover the lost funds.

I can't think of a legitimate reason that they wouldn't do this.  I mean, the process is entirely automatable. Unless of course the reason they changed the address was not for a good reason and they were hoping to catch some customers out?

I've recently learned that livecoin changed their BTC deposit addresses.  They didn't inform me that this was happening and unfortunately I've been using the old one.  Their support staff have told me that the funds are lost. 


We have announced about the change of deposit addresses for BTC well in advance, and then for a whole following month supported the old addresses functioining.

All the important information is available at our web-site in the news section, and all the users are informed about all new notifications in the upper part of the username page.

Before starting your trade at our Exchange you accepted the User Agreement, which has a provision, that you would not have any claims to the Exchange if the loss of funds was caused by your own mistake or negligence.

If you don't want to follow the news and you need a long-term storage of your coins, then you can withdraw funds to your personal wallet and send them back when you need this.
