I don't really spend that bitcoin that much in my country we do tradings and we really want a good wealth when we are trading into other currencies we can't really buy bitcoins but instead of buying we find ways on how we earn bitcoins without doing investment or without buying it second is we do gamble also but in smart ways and to self control.

At the moment I'm trying to collect the Bitcoins not to spend them, have my reasons.
But in general spending Bitcoins is a joy to me, it gives a feeling of freedom and independence. And the good news is that each day the number of places where you can spend your coins is enlarging and each day you can buy more and more products and services.

Me too. At this moment I prefer to just collect Bitcoins, because soon, when the price rise a bit more I can increase my money and spend it to buy more things than I can buy now. It's like an investment, on long term.

It's good also to have more and more stores accepting BTCs each new day. Althought it could be increasing in larger steps...

I had spended the most of my bitcoins, i had exchanged them into fiat and bought presents for the childs with it, now i do wanna save my bitcoins atleast till the next halving, then i will see if i exchange into fiat or hold further.

there are a lot of expectation from the people about bitcoin, according to them bitcoin price is still going to increase and not to decrease for some more time. as they are expecting that the price can this time cross the all time high level therefore to me i have to collect some more bitcoin and then hold it for the price increase. hope it will give me a good profit in the end.

To grow the adoption of bitcoin we need people spending it as a daily currency.
In my country there is not much I cant buy with bitcoins.
Granted not a lot of retailers accept BTC yet but with all the services available now they dont need to.
A bitcoin debit card can be very handy.

Please list any reasons why you could not use bitcoin for day to day expenses and maybe we can find a way.

Well i can see you haven't been in the bitcoin world for long because the price does not just keep going up, infact the price got to $1300 usd per btc just before the MtGox collapse then dropped right back down to about $150 usd i think it was.
The price took another hit after the bitstamp hack so.

Dont put all your eggs in one basket, bitcoin is still only new any any alt coin could one day surpass btc, although unlikely at this stage.

That seems to be a very good advise from the veteran in the game, it's true the price is not consistent as we think and looking at the price history of bitcoin you can tell that it is not that strong as we expected. The price movement is not normal as it dump and pump and may happen in the future.

We have to be careful with our move, don't use bitcoin as the answer of our problem to live a comfortable life as it's risky and it's like you are gambling your future here.

Keep in mind to not holding forever. you will missed opportunity and you will get nothing at the end if you just keep holding. though $1000 is possible if we're looking at the current price nowadays but you could make pretty decent profit by doing some margin trading. it's not really risky and as simple as buying and selling thing instantly

More people are starting to come around to the idea of it and also the world is becoming less stable, when that happens people start to look for safe investment holdings and bitcoin is being seen more and more as a safe option, price stability can be good for adoption too.

Yes, i think if many users spending it will have an affect on the value and its good for us. i can only spend my bitcoin by paying my bills but you cant use it to purchase online because no one here yet accepting btc as payment. to be able to spend it you have to cash out it first. for now im saving my btc for the future increase of the price.

You must be right with your feeling on bitcoin prices. Worldwide we are hearing many good newses which are supporting more bitcoin adoptions. When we are practically seeing huge prizes for our bitcoin holding, how we will think about spending them.

Personally I'm having few options to use bitcoins for my daily life still I'm not spending bitcoins only for the reason of saving them for the better future prices.

There might be supply and demand, but when Bitcoin gets entirely consumed by people who want to hold it rather than spend it, it can turn away investors rapidly due to the price being too high or the supply being too low, and this is a net negative as more and more people leave due to the currency not being accessible to them.

There should be a limited supply, but not a lack of a supply.

It does have to do with the demand. but not directly,  If the market of bitcoin boom, the merchant who are hesitant to accept bitcoin will have no choice but to accept it because they will be left behind.  With this, there will be more stores to spend bitcoin and bitcoin will be promoted to areas where this establishment is located.  Obviously this store will promote bitcoin, how?  Just by putting "Bitcoin is accepted here" will  catch people interest and ask the store about it.  With more people getting in to use bitcoin, that will now the time, the demand for bitcoin will pile up resulting to increase in price.
