Tripped over this thread and caught me. Yeah there might be things you can not do with btc today but think of 2013 what you could use it for, then 2014....then 2015, dont need to go any further, i think we all know its just getting bigger and bigger and no one can stop this train.

I do I agree with you for bitcoin to be fully adopted it needs a daily usage and I personally make mobile topups with it with no problems just hope it doesn't compromise my privacy
I think bitcoin will be very helpful when it is received by all over the place. surely you will find it easy to shop for their daily needs. but for now it looks like it has not been support. because bitcoin not so well known |

Yes its getting bigger than the past. Keep earn and spend bitcoin to support it. We can use bitcoin to buy product of microsoft, I heard that the corporation was accept bitcoin. Also so many country were regulated bitcoin as currency now. |

Over here too there are quite few things one can do with Btc without first converting to Fiat as at today but this cannot be compared to the situation of things in the past years at least we have progressed a little bit and the popularity is getting the right attention from the right places and hopefully we will see some changes very soon in that direction and that is what I am looking forward to...

in my country there are services that accept Bitcoin. You can pay utility bills and to pay for internet.
Same with mine, lots of services which I can use bitcoin to pay for but it's all through a third-party exchange, which means the exchange first converts my coin to fiat and then they pay the service. I have yet to see a service that directly accepts bitcoin. But, I do not do that, because I think is now stupid to spend their Bitcoins when the price for it is growing.
Hmm. I disagree. I personally use my coins whenever I want to, regardless of the price. But, it is indeed better when the price is high.  actually the facilities of bitcoin is not available everywhere to be use it as currency, but now bitcoin shops are opening everywhere. and hope that very soon this servies will be available everywhere. Lighten up because the day will bitcoin increasingly popular as more and more people are adopting bitcoin, so it would have started a lot of people, companies, shops and others that will accept bitcoin, so you will be more easily spending bitcoin yes in fact as soon as the number of bitcoin users are increasing so the facilities of bitcoin to use it as currency is also increasing, actually the number of bitcoin users are still very low therefore it is important to introduce bitcoin specially in those areas where the users are very low. |

Bitcoin going into circulation would always be better in the long run... Having people staying alive in this economy is even better.
To be honest it takes skill to obtain this currency with investing so most people would stick to consuming with it. To have an establishment there is much to gain off having physical commerce or even Bitcoin Teller Machines to get this ball rolling in your local area.
Here in my area, there is no such bitcoin teller machines but the thing is that bitcoin is becoming popular here a little by little. Because exchange sites are allowing us to withdraw our bitcoins through banks ATM when we are converting it to fiat. And with that service, it is just like we are spending bitcoins for real and that's a good help to us and to the economy. In many countries bitcoin, has started to become something that a bunch of people know, and for the most part the people who do are the ones that work on the internet and they get paid using bitcoin, there are a lot of bitcoin credit cards out there which allows us to directly convert our bitcoin to fiat through ATMs which is a start to adopting bitcoin more and more. |

I would use bitcoin in my daily life for my usual costs. But for now there is no place here that would accept bitcoin as payment directly. But I think soon will appear much more places which will work with bitcoin and even in my city.

i also can't buy anything direct with bitcoin in my country and i can just use my bitcoin for online shopping but i hope bitcoin will be sooner acceptable in anywhere for direct shopping and i think bitcoin adoption increasing too much faster because there is a lot of people holding their bitcoin for the future.

Although there are many people who have enough bitcoins to spend in their daily expenses, they are still a small minority and I don't think merchants are too interested in implementing new payment systems and spending money for staff training just to satisfy a handful of geeks. |
