i think spending bitcoin in a daily basis is not advisable, because bitcoin don't have stable price, you need to wise in spending it, maybe in buying some crypto currency just like trading, because trading could make you gain some profit. so i think it is better to spend fiat currency cause it is controlled by the government so you don't need to bother about the price for the next 24 hours. unlike bitcoin, your profit could be high or low depends on the market value. so i there for conclude that bitcoin is not advisable for daily expenses.

In our country, there are high-end restaurants located in high-end areas that accepts bitcoin as a payment method with the use of a QR scan through your BTC wallet. We also have a local wallet w/c is backed up by a well known company (even the owner is famous and trusted) that is very easy to use, has partnerships with banks where we can immediately turn our bitcoins into cash (fiat money). There is also a feature in that wallet where we can buy prepaid load for our mobile phones, pay utility bills (electric, water, telco, cable) and even tuition fees using your BTC wallet. It is easy to say that we are (little by little) embracing bitcoin as a payment method.

The only reason I see why we can't still use it widespread, is that it is not government regulated, which causes fear to others due to its value being inconsistent and because to its volatility and anonymity, it might be used by other people with bad intentions / motives.

Bitcoin is not widely used in my country. bitcoin  cant use to  buy a food in street or in a mall but i think you can use your bitcoin in online payments if you want to buy a gudget you can use bitcoin.

When the time comes that Bitcoin is widely known and accepted. It will bring about transcation thru digital currency in almost every country. Today we are still on its early stages which is good.

It can be used in my country as a daily currency money because bitcoin is still unknown in the mind of others especially the elders. There are so many problems in my country so I think it is hard for us, those people who know bitcoin to introduce it to them.

None of these answers is valid to promote that bitcoin should only be saved and not spent. No one knows for sure what the future of bitcoin will bring, especially in these highly competitive moments where every day are emerging new altcoins with enough potential to satisfy the limitations that bitcoin has been unable to satisfy, so we can not assume that bitcoin will be worth much more over the years.

In addition, in these times it is extremely easy to spend our bitcoins to meet our daily expenses. There are many exchange services and debit cards that are becoming more accessible and charging less fees, I do not see why it is essential that we only spend our bitcoins exclusively in stores that accept bitcoin.

There are some countries in the world that legalize bitcoin in their place. Those countries can use bitcoin to pay any transaction or payment they have. Some countries need to convert bitcoin first to fiat money in order for them to use it. But spending bitcoin is not really necessary. It is better to hold and save it for future purposes.

There are some countries in the world that legalize bitcoin in their place. Those countries can use bitcoin to pay any transaction or payment they have. Some countries need to convert bitcoin first to fiat money in order for them to use it. But spending bitcoin is not really necessary. It is better to hold and save it for future purposes.

Same is the scenario in my country as it has not got legal permission from Government yet and there are also no local shops where I can spend my bitcoins so if I have to spend then I need to sell it first and convert it to my local currency but at a moment I really don't feel to sell or spend my bitcoins as price will be very high in future so saving it for that time will help in making higher profits in future.

Spending bitcoins is not that bad if you really needed that money or to spend your money. In my opinion, if your money in bitcoin is not yet required to be spend then you should just keep your bitcoin and do not ever spend it on useless things because you will just regret it at the end of the day.

One of the purpose of bitcoin is to make transactions more convenient to people, so that people will not need to fall in line, process transactions personally. You can simply send your payments through bitcoin transactions. There's a lot of advantages on using bitcoin. Bitcoin is convenient to use and it is really profitable to have. A lot of people are starting to invest bitcoin because it is really good to have bitcoin.

I'm sure everyone also has the necessities of life and of course they will shop,if they have Bitcoin surely they will also spend it.

Hi! The issue here is spending Bitcoins per se. As to my part, I spend my Bitcoin's value; not the Bitcoin itself. How it happened? Well, I convert my Bitcoins first to fiat currency. Then, I use the latter for my needs. The reason behind is that not all businesses or merchants accept Bitcoin as a form of payment. Not only that, we all know that Bitcoin's value is fleeting; thus, transacting with it can either encourage losses to those businesses or merchants or it can enable them to gain so much thereby leaving me losing what could have rightfully belonged to me. Simply put, Bitcoin's value is still very much volatile to be considered a fair medium of exchange.

Recently we are seeing that this claim no longer is accurate. We don't really see that bitcoin direct adoption is growing.
Yet the price is beating one ATH after another. Bitcoin has become alternative investment method - this is its primary usage.
We no longer need further merchant adoption (although it won't hurt, obviously) - all we need is current stagnation of fiat based investments to continue.

You can simply send your payments through bitcoin transactions. There's a lot of advantages on using bitcoin. Bitcoin is convenient to use and it is really profitable to have. If I have money in my wallet and noticed that price will be going up soon, I would leave it there no matter what, so that the amount would increase before I spend. And It’s not good to spend all the money in your wallet ;when you’re spending, you should just take out like 10 or 20% of the money and leave the rest, and don’t forget to invest the money back later when you’re done.

You don't have to worry if you can't spend bitcoin because it helps you to keep them and make it grow. For me, I don't want to spend anything with bitcoin and I'm not planning to do it sooner.
