I think its only a chance by chance situation  either when is the right time to join a hyip site because some sites doesnt last for so long. Maybe he has some strategies  which makes him profitable on hyip sites but i think it hard to predict those kind of investments.

I think it's a little difficult to know when the right time to invest in HYIP. Although the site is new does not mean the next day they are not a scam. And it took a long time I think to achieve ROI, and before reaching the ROI many possible sites were closed. So I think it's better to avoid sites HYIP, which is definitely a scam because of them only a ponzi scheme. Rarely do people benefit from playing HYIP, more people are losing money because HYIP. If you want to loose your money in long run then you can surely invest in those sites, as it will never pay you for lifetime, one day it will surely disappear with your investments.

There is still no guarantee that you will profit in ethereum with what is happening with it. Actually there is no guarantee that you can profit in any alt coins. Except for a few solid alt coins, they can easily be scam in just a blink of an eye.

For me, bitcoin is still the best, leading, and will continue to soar high among other coins. It is just hard to rely our assets to other coins other than bitcoins. It is just my personal opinion though.

You cannot ignore other emerging coins in the market. Some coins have potential to compete with bitcoin. Some have adjusted their coins so that they do not have the weakness of bitcoins.

"be very careful at initial stage" easier said than done. I've always encountered these when I first started with altcoin trading and I thought it was really easy to trade so I just went in and poof! My capital just went down to 0 right at the bat because of my impatience and ignorance. Good lesson learned the hard way.

I would go trade with the half of it, and try to double my money. Then do it again, and again and again, untill I get bored or leave with 5 BTC (never)
