You cannot recover it. That is the whole point of crypto. Without the private key nobody can access it. That is why people's coins are safe or lost when the private key is lost.

So other people are supposed to pay for your mistakes? Not a chance in hell of that happening. You learned a lesson. Move on and learn from it.

If Espers could find a business partner with practical usage and re-marketing, it would have a better chance to succeed.
Some marketing would definitely suit Espers. This is a long-term investment but I already think they have branding issues. First of all, the graphics look amateuristic and so does the website. The logo doesn't help either. What projects like these also lack is transparency. All the info and short-term updates are communicated on discord/telegram/btctalk etc. instead of being officially published in a blog on their website. It should be easy for newcomers to read about the updates/plans/history and stuff to inform themselves about Espers.

I have been staking for over 2 weeks now and I still not received any rewards for staking. I had unlocked the wallet and I see the arrow icon on the wallet. I have well over 1 mill of ESP coins in the wallet.
expected reward message keeps changing from 2 hours then 2 days.

will some1 be kind enough to tell me or direct me to info about staking and % returns when staking? ANN: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1434700.0 says: 25% p.a. also interested to know how many coins are to be needed in the future for master node? thanks.
Has not been decided yet. As an order of magnitude, think of ~25 Million ESP. thanks for that. actually one more question if i may. i still fail to understand what is the point of this coin, even after going to their website and looking it up. what am i missing here? except the mailing messaging and sites? which i fail to recognize why it is so special? will be happy for a clarification

The point is to have a more secure chain than other coins, to be simple to use for end users, and to build a high-performance backend for services on blockchain, such as websites and sending a lot of messages. The app will enable the sending and receiving of Espers messages from your mobile. Both (messages and website) are just a proof-of-concept for the general concept of (asynchronous) message passing between applications, and (synchronous) data sharing, to build distributed applications on it. Furthermore it aims at providing cross-communication between applications running on different chains, next to proof this will be cross-chain communication with Insane Coin. Hope that makes more sense now.

Working in eCommerce is know how important branding is and I feel that espers logo lacks the professionalism that the team behind it posses. So with permission, I was thinking to either submit a design contest on the likes of: https://99designs.co.uk/discover OR I would be willing to run a design contest and offer 500,000 Espers of my own money to the selected winner.
