I once heard that even with very much Espers, it was almost impossible to get stakes.  But now I imagine the price is down and it's easier?

My connections went from 1 to 0 with that config file.   Is that the state of this network now?

I already told u these coins, well most of them, are not going to survive the upcoming cataclysms of the crypto winter. We have to construct a shelter, a hat, get inside and skulk there. Espers payments is a joke, with 5 minute blocktime, we are not in 2010 anymore, we are in 2022. Websites on chain, sidechains, web3, PoS v4, and anything they are saying will be done, will never happen. Not even their PoS is not working properly, unless is properly made to give stake only to the top wallets, because unless you have tens of millions of coins, you'll never hit a stake. one thing you didnt mentioned , ESP was an airdrop totally free and CC did not asked any money to develop the project , everything from his pocket/time .... but i agree on some points ESP coin didnt advanced in development as if it still in 2016 and i dont see any hope for this coin to be honest, my 2 cents.

1. Espers now has NFT and smart-contract support. You can already view NFTs using uunigate.com which is a partnered project.

2. We have scheduled regular community events in the Espers Discord where you can get airdropped NFTs and other fun stuff.

3. Code development is to the point that we are no longer affiliated with a BTC source or others. We are actively dropping several dependencies we will no longer be needing in our source-code and invite you all to check out some of the latest builds we have made on GitHub.
