I've seen a few offers of 3 BTC/100GIOTA => 3*27795 = 83385 BTC Market Cap (~55,034,100 USD)

These things are increasingly likely and I think to sellers pretty much a given now. This certainty is what this price reflects. We are not back in Dec 2015. I believe the market will have a base at this price upon exchange trading, with much room for growth. Eth has shown what a legit alt offering can do and NEM has show what a totally worthless alt can even pump to. $50MM is the baseline if not higher.
