Testnet Update
Testnet will be down due to some major upgrades. Aiming for a rebuild tomorrow morning.

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Daily Dev Update
Today we released a revised 2 Factor Authentication workflow. This adds a confirmation step which will wipe the configuration for 2FA if not successfully confirmed. It also includes a combined 2FA / password reset via email. It will send a one-time use URL to use to reset your password.
This evening we encountered an error with the Coinbase API, preventing funds from moving to the staging account to escrow. It was also preventing people from being able to invest. Thanks to Darkoth89 for informing the forum about the issue and that we were working on it. The issue was with coinbase's time and our server's time. They were out of sync by just over 30 seconds. We compensated for this, and now all is working properly again.
We also starting working on an updated testnet, with some major final changes. It is currently down, but we will likely have it back up in the morning. This means that testnet.rise.vision is currently down.

Between that and the sigs everywhere...I'm sure me with my brand new account is the key to market it  , besides I have only posted here 1 time, I think if I wanted to market rise it wouldnt be wise to do it on its own thread ....but what do I know.....Im just a noob. |
