Moving Project Acre Back:

Project Acre is a real estate side project that was on offer initially as a bonus to ICO investors, and it will be provided, on a single condition. The rise core platform as outlined in the roadmap above must be 100% complete.

Once we have all stages finished and working correclty, then and only then (if there are stil funds left), we can entertain providing Rise holders with project acre as a side project.

There will be an investment platform built later for Rise and project acre may be moved over to allow interested parties an option to invest in real estate projects via cryptocurrency funding.

 For now, Rise Team is focusing on development for Rise and Rise only.

Hi Splatters. If it is a new referrer then yes you should probably create a new account for that.

Just wondering as the goal for the ACRE was 1250 btc. However the btc price has gone up more than 40% in the same period.

Does this mean that the current 900btc be  enough to start the Acre project as well?

If my remember are good Acre need 500 000 €.With 900 BTC i think it's good.

But may be there is other priority. Security is important.

This is correct. The majority of the funds will be directed into the development of the Rise Platform for the foreseeable future. Security is of paramount concern, and getting the DApp platform running properly, without the issues the other Smart Contract platforms have currently, is our first priority after launching the currency side of the platform on Friday morning.

Once DApps are function and able to be used, we will do a complete feasibility study on ACRE, and build it out as a RISE DApp if we decide it is doable.

Hopefully they have some exchange agreements setup a few days after release. In the meantime, as a larger holder, I will be open to some escrow p2p sales.

Yes, BTC was at one stage only worth $250... it all depends how many hotels they have to book, how many plane tickets, how much they spend on marketing etc. DOGE was a coin without ICO and it is still around ,so a lot more depends on the community. If there is a community then it doesn't matter if ICO funds was 1000 BTC - 10000 BTC or just 10 BTC. Every community member that can develop software can be part of RISE, every person that own RISE can be part of RISE sales team... Coins like Blackcoin also didn't had any money... if a coin deliveries then you don't need to spend a lot of money. Also remember it is based on Lisk, so everything what is being developed for Lisk can be backported into Rise.

Totally agree... how lower the ICO amount how better the results will be for the investors. Waves didn't move because of the last day 10000 BTC extra in ICO funds, that made Waves 30% more expensive. The profit on Waves is really small, but still , 40% on 10 BTC = 4 BTC.... Lisk is infact a great ICO, ICO price was only 18k and it traded above 80k for a very long time... so Lisk doesn't fit in this list. DAO... i didn't join, i bought on the drops and took a few hundred euros profit on it.

Yes, but it is easy to take something that already exist too... remember what RISE is developing will be backported by Lisk and the other way around, if not, then it really doesn't make sense... In 2017 you will have 10 lisk based coins as people will start to understand the software and it will become a easy way to create new coins using the same software. This is in fact destroying those new coins, as everything is open source, we had the X11 hype, we had the script hype, we had the X13 hype, now i already find 3 coins using Lisk base source code, and believe me, at the end of the year we will have 10 coins using Lisk based code... not that there is something wrong with it, as the good ones will stay in business and the bad ones will just be ignored.

dont know how you got them that cheap, I paid them ~37K sat. on ICO without bonuses etc..
