Dont wait till last minute guys, remember BTC blocks are very slowly this weeks, i suggest if you want to invest do it now.  Yeah I made sure I invested earlier today  Why encourage more investment? This needs to come AFTER the ICO is done. |

And which exchanges will it be added to at launch? Or these will get delayed like its mother LISK?

Will RISE have a main office were people can contact the team localy? What will be the registration number? I believe those are all valid question for a ICO that raise almost $1,000,000 Any response DEVs.... will RISE be listed under the SEC rules? Will there be a main office? Contact information? As our primary focus is the Distributed App Platform, and not the currency that backs that platform, I'm not sure we qualify. But that will be determined with the help of a lawyer, if the answer is found yes, we of course will be listed under SEC rules. If anyone can point to some precedent on this by any US court or the SEC itself, it would be much appreciated to be brought to our attention. Rise will have a main office in Lewiston, Maine, USA, and we will be registered in the state of Maine as a nonprofit corporation. This process will start immediately after escrow has been released. We plan on hiring a few people locally to have a physical presence, but the majority of work I expect to be done by a distributed team of community members. The Developers already involved will continue to be involved in the platform's continued forward motion. |

As you can have innovation in a coin, but a coin is just software, everybody can copy and paste, but not everybody can create a plan to make it all work, as within the next few months we will have not 1, not 2, not 3, but 10 - 15 Lisk based coins. |

For the bounties, it is better to increase more and more... so the winners are the people with their signature etc. BUT they also deserve it , as they spread the word.... so they deserve $10 - $15 for their work. |

I agree. with the current number of people involved in Twitter and Sig campaign, my estimate is we will only receive around 300 RISE each for each bounty. Hope we get more for spreading the word |
