The only scenarios there would be a separate funding round (meaning separate tokens issued) is if Rise doesn't make enough btc during the ICO to allow Acre to establish itself with a first build... or, there was a great deal of demand for a side project, in which tokens specific to that side project could be issued to investors.

Thank you for the answers. Now it's clear. So this is more like an IPO rather than ICO.

For Acre as a standalone investment the category of being an IPO is no doubt more fitting, however for Rise investors that are investing in the technology driven aspect by purchasing Rise tokens it's probably more accurate to describe the overall package as an ICO.

Not yet. I've been building the ICO tools this past week, as soon as the ICO launches, I'll go back to working on Rise-core, and get the delegate confirmations going through.
