Uh yeah i kinda got confused there for a while also, though the second part would basically be what most of us would do. If you're really that desperate then you won't have a choice but to loan money with interest especially if you already have a bad record with people you know. This is one of the worst things to do,if you need money desperately and whatever money you have and you will risk that to and if lost its only gonna increase your problem,borrowing is the last option but only from one who you trust.
