Problem is, it is not about luck but quantity. I am always for quality and not quantity. I selected 6 pairs yesterday and got all 6 correct. Earned myself a nice sum money in the process but that only got me combined odds of 9.32

I am sure those guys in first positions play about 100 bets per day if not more. I have no intention to even try to fight against that. I don't have time to scout that many games and I would for sure loose money in the end. My local fiat bookie has similar promotions periodically but they count only first ticket you make each day, you can play multi or single or whatever you want. That way puts quality on top and suits me much more.

I was in Buenos Aires in 2009 with the misses on a work conference and I didn't know much about Football at that stage.

Maradona was one of the best players that ever played the game, he was so out of his era when he played that even though football players improved on average with years thanks to much better training, tactics, practices, technology and so forth, if Maradona played today he would still be a superstar.

However I never really liked his manager style, he really likes football and you can see it but he has that god given talent and expect his players to be playing as good and feels like he is surprised that they can't do what he asked them to do. Well I am sorry Maradona , you have Messi out there but that's about it, you can't expect everyone to be at Messi/Maradona level, obviously some of them are good but nobody can be THAT good. i got knocked out fairly quickly today. i doubled up very early on, but some donk called my pocket AA preflop with 62o (despite a big raise) and he hit a full house. i paid him off.

Men i was in your table and see that, really cant believe the luck in that player he plays 5 hands whit nothing and the flop give he 2 fulls 2 Straight and one three in consecutives hands really cant believe also i lost a lot of chipps whit this guy and i cant recover.

I think you misunderstood the promotion basically the winnings you got from the sportsbook didn't count because they treat it like casino winnings. In the end no matter how much you win you'll always end up with a $600 net loss unless you took those out and deposit them again in the future then maybe it would've been a different situation.

I understand their/your point of view, BUT Casino and Sportsbook are two different products.
With that logic Sportsbook losses should also qualify for a 10% cashback, which they are not

But I do get the logic of this. It is net losses, so in the accountant eyes, you lost $600. $1200 was winnings, it doesn't matter where you got it from correct, but you only deposited $600 (doesn't matter where).

I was knocked out early too. Lost all-in with my pocket 55's against villain's pocket JJ's. Fair.

I have a suggestion regarding this particular tournament, POKER with STEVE Wednesday. Since finished games disappear from the schedule pretty fast(maybe not very fast, but you can't see the results 12 hours later, right?), it would be great if we could see who made it to the paid places right here in this thread.

Poker is like that, if you get great hands and very lucky you can get to a place but the winner is rarely ever a person who is not great at the game but got super lucky, it is almost always someone who knows the game best. Because you can get lucky hands once or twice, maybe if you are super lucky you can get it few times, but you can't be lucky all the time, that is where talent comes in and if you are talented you will be at the last table and trying for the win since no matter what you get you can make it work somehow. Bluffing plays a big role in talent as well, or calculating the odds of winning is a very very very big part as well, if you don't know how to calculate your win odds, you are not going to be great at the game. All together talent beats luck over long period, but luck is important for one hand.

I think most of us will stay late tonight to watch LaLiga game of Sevilla Betis and I think that more than 70% think that it will be a Both Team to score and over 2.5 goals so I'm going with under 2.5 and a red card as I doubt we will see a lot of goals ...especially after lockdown in Spain and being a derby of Sevilla's city but if I was to choose a winner , after seing Betis squad I will go with them.
