Is really the live chat of Sportsbet is not working on Mobile? Since last night till now, I can't use the live chat while on mobile. But when I tried my laptop it's working.
I am using the Brave browser on my android phone. Even I tried to use the desktop view of the Brave browser, still not working.

I just tried it on the mobile version of Brave and it worked for me. At first it didn't work but once you turn off the shield feature the chat room should appear.

And apologies to that support guy I bumped in to I wasn't expecting the support to come in until I send my message.

Oh jeez, I wasn't able to do that, the shield feature indeed is the problem using of the mobile version of Brave, thanks to you, there is no problem at all on the side of Sportsbet then.
At first, I wasn't able to report it on their site since I can't even contact their live support so I posted it here and you found the reason for it, good job!

How are you doing with your NFL Sportsguru predictions?

I think I did solid regarding the 1st round, could have done better with a few picks. Still think I have a decent chance to win if I pick the last 3 correctly.

The key pick for me will be Jalen Hurts, 71% has him as a 2nd-rounder, I picked 3rd round. If he's selected in 2nd, I need to get the punter round and Mr. Irrelevant right.

I did terrible on my picks I think i've got 4 out of 5 selections wrong since my selections consists of early rounds, early picks and with a couple of any others. A lot of us probably got the first wide receiver wrong after that unexpected pick made by the Raiders.

How's the nfl multi master for you guys ? I only got half of the settled questions right not too bad since I was expecting to get less.

I definitely would love to be in your shoes, that is a great win! Kudos and congratz, it takes more than just luck to be on the final table let alone being able to actually win the big tourney at the end, sure you might have find some lucky turns and all but that is not the only reason why you have won in the end, it was your skill that brought you there as well.

About the cheaters and so forth, I think no house would really want it neither, think about being known as a place where cheaters are rampant, that wouldn't be good for business at all, so I am sure all the houses are trying to do their best to stop them as well in order to get proper players have fun without worrying about anyone doing anything wrong like starting an alt or try to cheat.

As for Sportsguru, its 'meant' to be one entry only, but lets see how all the points add up and ill get the information from our supplier over the weekend.. If its close at the top, Ill take into consideration some options.

For me, us and Sportsguru, this is the first style of promotion we have done like this, so Im learning a bit too!

They don't have a leaderboard type scenario I believe, we are working closely with them to ensure they can make some improvements fast to give us and you guys the clearest clarity on results ongoing and final.

i already lost 2 predictions so i am not in the running 100%, but contests like these are always one entry only. i entered only once and would be very very pissed if i was at the top but lost to someone with multiple entries.
Thats just common sense, although u could argue it wasnt in the 'rules'; but the prize is substantial, and it would be fair if everyone had only one shot at it.
i dont have a horse in this race, so would be very interesting to see how sportsbet rules on this  usually they have pretty clear rules on such contests, feels like the ball was dropped on this one

It should be like the Multimaster challenge, you can enter as many times as you like, but only your first one will count towards the challenge. I didn't play this so I don't know how it looks like though, are there specific odds tied to each selection like MM? If so, then I don't see why you can't play for 1 entry even if you chose 10.

You need to pick 8 answers to some questions about the draft and have 4 bonus multipliers. You don't have to pick all correctly, you just have to have more points than your opponent.

You get placed in rooms, there's either a room with 10 people or a 1v1 duel - if I saw that correctly.

I basically had 5 picks that I was sure about and 3 that I did not so I wanted to enter multiple rooms (by paying the entrance fee) and try to change my selections a bit.

Ultimately I ended entering just 3 rooms with the same picks in every one of them.

i am not sure i agree, this is sportsbet contest so whatever they decide will be fair i am sure, but their contests are tailored for everyone.
0.1mbtc entry fees means they want everyone to have a fair shot and not just the big wallet players. allowing multiple entries would only make it unbalanced towards the people who can afford to enter 10-20 entries.It has always been like this, where even the small fish have equal chance to win, so like i said before would be very interesting to see how they decide this

At first I assumed it was similar to multi master; one entry per user, but on sportsguru I saw few users entering multiple rooms, went back to check the rules on the promo page, nothing was mentioned regarding one entry only, so to make sure I contacted live chat, I was told that all entries made by a user count towards the promotion.
Anyway I highly doubt any of my 10 entries will be a winner as I made at least 3 wrong picks so far out of 6 on all of them.

I really like this new concept, has many similarities to fantasy sports, could be the next big thing in sports gambling.

Aside from the promotion, multiple entries in a similar event is much more fun then just one entry, for me at least.

Yup, I think it will be going forward in general betting scenario. You can play 20 times if you want but I was specifically talking about 0.5 BTC main prize in this special promo offer (where the one with the most points wins).

If I find out that you could have entered with 10 tickets I will really be pissed
Because, so far I would have gotten 56 points on one of my picks (2x20, 2x10, 1 missed with no loss multiplier and 1 missed with -4 points). 56 with 2 remaining picks is a strong contender.
In comparison, I switched 2 picks so I don't risk being charged with entering multiple tickets, both were wrong in the end and I have 28 points so far with 2 picks remaining which basically leaves me with no chance.

For people who are really interested in NFL that would be sad and they would hope to get some right, I would be upset if I had something like this for NBA and wasn't doing alright.

However for the rest of us who never watched (or just watched the Super Bowl) this is not really all that clear so I would really understand if you sucked at it so far, I haven't even tried, that is how much I do not trust myself, why would I think I have any chance at all when I can't name 5 Quarterbacks in the league right now, there is like 3 and one of them is Kap because he took a knee, so its more trend topic than QB for me which is why to people who are not really doing well but not fan of NFL, do not really worry, you have done better than you can hope for even if you got one right.
