I have have been betting on eNba games on the NBA 2k20 and they go so fast.
Wish there was more games to bet on cause I seen streams for other games but cant bet them on Sportsbet.
And when is the next poker game for Freeroll? This gets me interested!!

By the way, I have some questions about the profile in Sportsbet. As we can see in our Profile ( https://sportsbet.io/my-bets/active#profile), there is a date of birth field and it is disabled or you can't update it. I want to ask why I can't update the date of birth? And btw, if I will submit a KYC since I can't edit the date of birth on my profile, my KYC will be denied if my date of birth in my profile will not match on my documents? Sportsbet io, you should do something with your poker room. I mean compared for example to SWCpoker, your poker rooms is far from the best. Three main points: 1. There no possibility to play in full screen mode. Maybe this is the biggest problem. I can't hide side bar in any way (not not only I) 2. Weird mechanic: to see your cards you need to tap on them. On Swcm for example, you see them anytime while you're in game and don't fold. 3. Weird sounds. It's the least problem. Just weird voice. You need at least to add possibility in settings to change voice on sounds. Thx, this is was my review and my opinion  I never noticed the full-screen mode, though I did tap on my window to max, I guess I always multi-task so never want full-screen anyway. Is that really a big problem? 2. I don't need to tap on my cards to see them, though, that's a weird one for you. Unless you're talking about after you fold, in which case I agree, maybe it should simply show the hand you were dealt in a shaded/greyed out, or near the top line numbers. 3. I'm always on mute on any game. Didn't realise it was weird:) I do not think the voices are that weird  . But aside from that the first two points are quite valid, and more than just valid they are quite game breaking for me as well. Specially the first one, I literally HATE the no big window thing, I do not want it to cover my whole screen but at least make it full browser page type of situation, I do not need to see half of the things I am looking at during a poker game, all the lists and logos and everything surrounding is still there, why would I want that while gambling, will I suddenly feel like gambling on some sports game while gambling on poker? If you could make it full screen, or at least browser filled type of thing that would be the biggest change you guys could have. Tapping on cards is another problem but not as big as the first one. |

Guys, i'm just talking that everything can be made more user friendly. Like on SWC, where you don't need to open "multi tables" to play in full screen, but just click BIG OBVIOUS BUTTON.
I also understand that main profit on Sportsbet it's not a poker but betting. But while they promoting their poker rooms, i think it would be very pleasurable to get some feedbacks.
Also this weird error which faces many users (me too, i was unable to play through Chrome)
Cheers, johhny, we get it. Steve already passed the feedback on, though I should say, it took me a while getting used to SwC poker too, which you prefer. I think having an option for fullscreen is really a good preference, I actually *don't* want to see it fullscreen on default (multitasker always, can't help it). Agree it should be a big obvious button too, but for me it's always the full screen window option at top right on any window (as in Window). There is definitely an error on late registration though, and I think that's the big thing to fix! |

Because on the other match which also the same day and the same tournament (Dreamhack Masters Spring) and also the same "Live odds are not available" are a lot of different options that are able to bet on.
I think it depends on the available markets given by their providers. I checked another sportsbook that's most likely using the same odds provider and they also don't have the additional markets on that specific match unlike the other matches (cloud9, swole patrol). Maybe those matches with only match winner odds are the least wagered matches. |

Steve, there is an option to max the screen but that is literally maxing the screen, like when you are watching a movie and you make it the full screen? That is it, that is what happens when you max it. What we are asking (or at least what I am asking) is not like that, I am asking for it to be maxed on the browser and that would be really cool to have, this is more about preferences and I will not stop just because it is not like that but I am also going to use it if you ever do that, which means it is not make it or break it type of system but it is definitely a system that would help you make your customers happy.
I personally dislike the small version which I would not even play at all, however the max version is cool and I like it but I usually multitask so I would have to both gamble but also whenever my move passes I check some other stuff until its my time again and that means things are harder when you use full max screen.

It's kinda not safe for me since I tried before, I misclicked the max bet button and I almost place a bet with max bet, thanks the odds changed and I noticed it before confirming my bet I think it's a good idea there is some settings in profile to like enable/disable the max bet button? Just my 2 cents. |

unlike to casino games max betting can be disabled because you are going to place bet more often but on sports betting game you are only going to bet rarely or by one time only so you should have always review anything before placing a bet .
I used to place a lot of bets few months ago and never clicked the max bet on accident. Even if I did, their max bet feature is not similar to most casinos where it'll bet all of your balance instead they'll show the allowed max bet so accidents rarely happens. The only solution for now in case the limit is very low on some markets is to untick the quick bet option on your profile if you have it activated so that you need to click the bet button twice on your betslip. |

Pretty sure a lot more people would want the Max Bet button there in plain sight. Whether casino or sports, it's just the easiest way to put in all your available balance (or in case of sports, put the max possible bet by the bookie -- not the same as max balance). But you're right, perhaps a warning window like in some games, where if you bet your entire balance, a warning shows up asking you to confirm. Doesn't that already happen though? A good idea, nevertheless, to simply not have that button there at all. |

I know this could be a bit too much to ask probably but is it possible to have some sort of links to watch the esports games as well? I can see that there is a lot of eNBA games going on, probably more than regular NBA games we could bet, and unfortunately they do not have the lines we all would wish we could have but that is expected considering this is just a temporary type of hype that we have right now until we can have NBA back.
However since I don't know where to find the games, it makes it harder for me to gamble on something I can't even watch, not can't because it is not aired anywhere, I am sure it airs somewhere but I have no idea where to find them and watch them so if you help me learn where I can find them, I would be willing to first watch some games and learn and later bet on them as well.
