Anyone having problem to login in sportsbet? I'm sure about my password and 2fa but always failed to login. After 3 times trying then I received a warning "too many sign in attempts". Trying to use forgot password feature but I do not receive any emails after around 15minutes. Maybe I need to wait few hours to reveice the forgot password email.
Would you mind to help me to check it please?

Make sure the capitalization in your username is correct. I kept failing my login because of that.

Try restarting your phone or use "time sync" in app.That was the solution to my problem.

I have passed again the same withdrawal problem of two weeks ago, contacted directly the support and solved in more or less half an hour. There should be a flag or something to disable the gameplay withdrawal protection, because I'm not the only one enrolled in the signature campaign.

Try using Google DNS (8.8.8.8 or 8.8.4.4) or Cloudflare DNS (1.1.1.1 or 1.0.0.1). You would probably get better DNS speeds from switching than from using your ISP's DNS services anyway.

That's not completely true imho (i'm a sysadmin). Generally speaking the ISP DNS is located on the same AS of the IP address, so the DNS queries are managed faster (with less hops compared with a query to google or cloudflare).

Basically every time that signature campaign payment comes, I need to beg support to unlock my withdrawal, and generally there is some rep that doesn't know the situation and starts to write me that i need to gamble more before withdrawing my balance. This is quite tiring, because in the end I'm able to withdraw but with half an hour lost in support tickets.
