...the new "version" of handicap hero offer is good but with less value.

With the previous offer you had your money back as money and not as a free bet.
Maximum refund was 5 mbtc(it started with 20mbtc).
Every day they gave one match from all American sports to bet with the offer.

I was going to place a bet earlier but for some unknown reason the site doesn't want to take my bet. Is it just me that couldn't place bets? I asked for support's help and they couldn't fix the problem. I was told to send an email to their security team and I did just that hoping for a quick response so I can place bets in time for the cs:go major.

Edit : First problem got fixed I still have a withdrawal problem with my account. I replaced the first transaction that I made so I can bump up the fee unfortunately the site didn't read the second transaction and now i'm stuck with a 0 confirmation deposit.
