Statistics is one side of a coin here. But I am scared to bet draw against Germany - they are known for their usually high goal scoring prowess.
I think safer bet for this match is: total goals over 1.5 @1.50

About the Raffle quarrel: I is hard to prove that any kind of lottery held in distant place is not being rigged. Until proven otherwise you have to assume lottery is fair.

It would be also nice if bitcointalk users who won - said that they indeed were credited with bonus money. And I have seen people mentioned here couple times that they won something.

If you can't prove it's faked, then it's fair. Several people here said that they received this amount on time. However, I never saw anyone complaining.

No, not at all. I just didn't wanted to bet twice the same thing. The aim with my bets is that one covers the other in case of a very unexecepted result. I went gradually : Belgium ML, Belgium +2, Belgium to qualify. I'm still backing Belgium, who's for me the most serious candidate to be the finalist in that half of the board.

I would not underestimate Wales, you should see examples Portugal, everyone doubted Portugal when against Croatia, as well as against Poland. but unexpectedly Portugal without a win and they could qualify for the semi-finals.

Dont worry man, I also predict it will be both team to score, because Wales has scored in almost every matches on this tournament, and in otherwise, Belgium's last match showed that they have risen.
