There is no guaranty that all ICO will give you profit so you need to choose the correct one to make some money otherwise you may lose money for sure. Where you got a chance to make easy money there only you can lose your money also very easily.

the riskier it is, the more you have chances of earning. But before investing to ICO's, you should at all times do a due diligence in finding a good one to invest with because there are lot of ICO's out there and you just really need to pick one that is good.

im pretty confuse on your suggestion  because you said earlier that op can invest his money on btc but you also said that stay away from either investment  or gambling?  investment is actually much safer when compared to gambling because if the value of your invested coin drops , you can still wait for it to recover and increase so that you can still earn a profit on it but not on gambling because if you loose one then you cannot possibly recover it anymore  and your chance to win on it is verry low.

That is better if you have already known the benefits and the dark sides of this gambling. There is no doubt in the fact that this gambling is harmful for everyone. If those want to get money go for any other business or join some trading thing in any altcoin or bitcoin. There are campaigns that they can join and earn money from them. If you will just save and keep btc in your wallet, then nothing will happen to your bitcoin. What you are doing is a play safe and it is neither gambling nor investing. Logically if we think these ICO got nothing except a white paper and if that team work-hard to implement things as per they described then we can make money otherwise you will get nothing but losing money. Unless if you know the team behind this project then never invest money in these things instead you can buy some good altcoins to make money.

When the owners and developers are full already they would abandon the project and will leave those people who are still on their abandoned ship. Sorry for your loss but I guess most of us who are investing in trading and ICOs have been on that stage that we fall and committed some mistakes to those unworthy investments that we used to see it as something extravagant and will become great one day but well in the end it turned out to be nothing.

Although you are right in this regard that there is differents cenario now being an observer that what is good in investment and what is bad but don’t you think this investing is better than gambling. I always consider two things that are being compared, their pros and cons but here in this case, this comparison is totally getting in investing side. Gambling has not pros rather all cons.

Everyone wants to have quick money and gambling is the answer for that desire but we know that it's also risky. Investing does have lower risk compare to gambling but you can also lose their but for me to the fact that I have some investments and it's like that I'm receiving profit there whether it's weekly or monthly I love the way on how investments are giving me some additional profit.
