I'm retweeted and liked all tweets, but in my bounty account I see only "Follow on Twitter" bounty. Why I'm not received bounties for retweets/likes?

And one more question, I'm attached Ethereum address and click on "+". So I'm claimed my bounties and after confirmation I'm received it or it only confirmed by Dev team?

Right now everything is in pending status until we link the web app and bot to smart contract for Eggs, and approve the numbers.  we wanted to make sure we put in some control mechanisms in case something goes wrong.

I think the reason why devs resort to egg bots in their bounty system is that to minimize pitfalls that have happened to others that launched their digital asset products.
