I've read the WP (twice) but still have some questions, could you please clarify them?
1) Do you use your own blockchain? So are the Wings tokens independent coin of your blockchain (not tokens on the top of another blockhains)?
2) Do all the Wings-tokens holders receive the brand new tokens of new DAOs on the platform (that was said earlier summer I think)? Or only active members (who vote or who delegate their votes) will get some of new DAO-tokens?
3) Really can't get it: Where will new DAO tokens be created? Are they tokens on top of the Wings-platform (like REP-Augurs are tokens on top of Ethereum), or will they be tokens on top of Rootstock\Ethereum?
4) If they are tokens on RS\Ethereum: will it be a choice for creators to choose a blockchain on top of which will his platform work? (RS, Ethereum, Counterparty and all other platforms that support EVM)?
Can anyone help me with this questions?
Sorry for delay in reply, our response times are a bit higher than usual due to preparation for the backing campaign start.
1 - Wings tokens will be issued on top of the RSK sidechain, which in turn runs on top of Bitcoin blockchain. There are plans outlined in further goals to move to own sidechain / blockchain to support cross-chain and fee-less operations.
2 - You could either evaluate the new DAOs potential via forecast markets, or you could delegate your forecast power to another Wings forecaster, probably using his/her public Forecast Rating to determine his/her historical accuracy. In both of the cases the process will be very easy and you could use your favorite instant messenger application in order to participate.
3 - The newly created DAO tokens and smart contracts will be created on top of RSK (and later on top of Ethereum), and will be completely independent from Wings. Any funds collected by these DAO's will go directly to these DAO's smart contracts.
4 - Our vision is to enable a full cross-chain support, where the creator does not actually care from which blockchain the funds are being sent to his/her DAO, as long as this blockchain is supported. The cross-chain mechanism will utilize pegs, in order to have each new DAO token represent the collected "native" funds, and be always redeemable for these funds. It will be somewhat similar to how RSK itself operates:

It's important to note though, that the whole cross-chain area is still in infancy in the crypto world, and we probably will see more elegant solutions coming up. This also why the cross-chain support is planned only at the 3rd goal of Wings.
