While we are all here on this forum to earn one way or another, how well do you manage that money after you've earned it. Do you trade your Bitcoin as fast as you can spending it all in a day or do you save it? I recently got paid for a job I did in programming and i keep finding myself wanting to spend more of that money i made. I have a lot of credit card debt and that is not good. I have destroyed only two ofg my credit cards to which I owe thousands of dollars on.

how do you spend your money?
I try to place limits on my self because if I do not do that then I would spend all my money in the first two weeks. But I try to use a limited amount of money per week.

I mostly hold and suggest all to hold atleast your coins till halving. I am constantly just keeping my hard earned bitcoins from few months now to paper wallet and only willing to sell on 2x or ATH price after halving which i strongly believe bitcoin can achieve.

I have a lot of credit card debt and that is not good. I have destroyed only two ofg my credit cards to which I owe thousands of dollars on.
I'm pretty sure that's not how you properly manage your money. You don't try to escape your debts because, well, that's just wrong.

I'm quite confident at my money managing skills. I usually always plan ahead of my possible expenses. I always keep 20% extra just in case of unexpected expenses.
believe it or not that when you have a credit card you will be more frequent in shopping. You will be hard to control yourself not to shop because you have the convenience of shopping when you have a credit card. so it looks like a credit card will disturb you in saving money

Credit card is a temptation for the people with no or less discipline in money management, if you find yourself easy tempted you should prevent your self in having a credit card. Just like the saying goes that if you cannot afford it in cash you cannot afford it.

I am horrible at managing money, whenever I get money I be like I have money now so I can spend the way I want to. After to weeks I see that I do not have much money left and am forced to live somewhat poor.

I was really bad at it at one point but now I have gotten really good at it, I rarely overspend, in time I have learned to control my urges, plan ahead on how much I am going to make this week and spend accordingly and my last gf use to tell me that I need to start saving for a rainy day (she was rare Sad) and I din't think of that at the time but now I do save a little, some in bitcoins and some in fiat. I still think I spend a little too much on gambling, which I need to control.

pretty good buying only the necessary and when needed, and the first rule is to not igive the management of your money to your wife/girlfriend/etc..., they are a disaster in this
When you are managing money you need to do this yourself so that you can keep check of everything yourself. I am not that good at managing money and sometimes spend way more money then I should.

Well.. I'm not pretty good in managing my money. If I have money, I tend to spend it to buy stuff I want.
Now I try to save my money by have 2 bank accounts. One is for my regular use, and the other is for saving.

I try to budget and save, but the money that I do manage to save doesn't last that much long.

Mostly because of three reasons:

-Stolen or scammed
-Used up on pointless sh*t
-I have to pay for food/school stuff

I try to calculate always my expenses but it doesn't really matter when there'll always be an inexplicable reason for me to lose it all.

You are right, if we avoid the unnecessary spending of our money, then we will able to manage our funds very effectively as we can focus only on investing and growing money rather than protecting it from any risks.

But many people are going for gambling by saying with calculated risk. But I do see they are failing with their managements.

Agree. Back in my student days, how do I spend my allowance is really monstrous. No money left always to my weekly allowance. I spend on things that really a mess.

Now that Im a matured one, having my own family, self discipline and proper way of managing my money really tooks me for what I now today. Managing money is really my specialty now, at least since I get a decent salary.

Good for you man, it is really important on how to manage your money properly as even if you have a lot of money but you are not managing it right you will still end up losing your money on things not necessary to you. You nee to fight temptation on buying your wants and keep discipline in following your budget so you can live without a problem due to shortage in mismanagement of money.

I have an income of bitcoin, and I always convert most of my results into fiat and save for the future, I do not keep all in bitcoin, because anything can happen. so I do not want to risk. because I've been playing long enough and do not want to lose just.
