I have 12 BTC in my Account, How should I invest this??

I will suggest to use your bitcoin in multiple ways of investment .
In my opinion you should convert your half of bitcoin which is 6 BTC , into fiat and deposit in the bank account .
And Use 3 bitcoin to start your own bitcoin related any service like faucet or news site and also make advertisment for your site in the bitcoin forum .
The use of rest of 3 btc should be in the trading . If you will use your bitcoin in trading then surely you will be able to make your bitcoin double after every two to three months because trading is a most perfect job in bitcoin that I always results into the big profit . I mg self started trading with 0.03 btc in the last month and today is estimated bitcoin have in exchange site is 0.06 btc .

your suggestions are pretty bad and also some are terrible here!

- when you invest your money in bitcoin (12 BTC) you want it to be your investment and as OP is asking he wants to make more, now you are suggesting him to sell half of it and go back to fiat!!! and put it in a bank. also you missed looking at the time of the topic, it is from 9 months ago. if he did what you said back then he would have lost a lot of money.

- then you suggest starting a faucet (horrible idea) a news site (bad idea since there are already big ones and there is no room for more click baits).

- then you suggest that he uses all his bitcoin (which is the remaining 3BTC) to trade, again bad idea because going into trading with all your bitcoin is bad specially if you are not experienced enough in trading.

but, I might prefer to invest rather than use it for gambling. I agree, do not only focused on online investments. He better to make investment property. because although this business is profitable but need big capital. 12 BTC enough for it.

If i were you, i would split the BTC, i will save 10 btc while use the other 2 for trading. But trading is risky especially if you do not have enough knowledge and experince. But if you are too lazy to learn about trading then i guess just hold the Bitcoin until the price rise again .

If you want to do some trading better to do with all of your coin, there is so pointless if you are just using 2 btc of your total coin, that is not even half of your balance to do trading. If you can manage to use high amount to trade I believe that you will earn a quick cash. Because bitcoin price is really volatile so you can take advantage in this kind of trading

Well i asume he does not have any knowledge in trading, so i suggest using that 2 bitcoin for trading while learning. Because trading with zero knowledge is too risky. If he's confident enough, then he can use the other one or keep using the 2 btc.

What is the basic thing you want to know while trading buy low sell high,just use your common sense ,know the valuation and always trade high volume coins and that is the only knowledge you need,it is not rocket science ,and with the volatile nature of the coins you could earn a profit depending on your investment.

I apologize, what i mean is knowledge and experience, i forgot to include the experince. You make it sound like it's so easy, buy low sell high, yes what's traders do, no people want to sell low and buy high. But it takes knowledge to know when to buy and when to sell. If he never trade, then he will be like a sheep following the herd and if the herd go to tiger's den, he will be doomed.

Of course relying on suggestions of people you don't know is a bad idea. It is like entrusting your money to a stranger. I hope you get my point. if you have 12 BTC's, I would say investing a small amount of it and keeping the rest as BTC would be the wisest investment direction, maybe like this:
* Investing 1 BTC in bitcoin startup stocks, bankrolls of websites
* 1 BTC's in altcoin trading as well as BTC trading with USD

These investments are risky, that should be well-known to you before investing, and the possibly yield of profit can be decent. Keeping the rest as BTC and waiting for price improvement for the rest IMO.

If you buy that into price of 800$ or up then woah you already made up 200x12 = 2400 dollars you don't need to invest do the buy and sell of bitcoin and hold them wait for the price to be increase.

Yes buy and sell of bitcoin or simply trading is a profitable way and also a bit safer to get profits whether it is short term or long term. But if he really want to invest that 12 btc then a bitcoin casino or gambling site will be one of the primary option because we can see that the gambling sites are worth to invest in since they are stable and there is a lot of players or gamblers who really want to try new sites to play with.

I don't see anything wrong with asking for suggestions on how to invest that money, it is not like the OP is going to give control of that money to anyone that gave the suggestion that he decides to follow and we must also take into account the suggestions given can give birth to new ideas not only for the OP but for someone reading the thread.

Big words from a newbie, who does not even have 0.00012 bitcoin, maybe in the early years of bitcoin it was nothing but in these days that amount of money could solve African hunger, so if you don’t know where to put that I would suggest donating that to charity or give it away in this forum.

Just keep it in your wallet and let the value grow over time. That is much safer than investments available on the bitcoin economy right now and is a guaranteed way of you getting value on your money over time.

i think 20 bitcoin is really a good amount of bitcoin and you can even make good profit from it if you simply hold it. i think you can also use some from it for yours and your family shopping even then you will remain a good amount of bitcoin which can give you good profit if the price goes up.

Diversification of investment is great. Just like the saying "dont place your eggs in one basket" we must also diversify our investment. For your 12 bitcoins to be secured you must diversify them otherwise if you fail you fail it all. Placing on different kinds of investment will give more options to earn and reducing the risk of losing it all in one go.

If it only costs $11,000 to solve African hunger, it should be solved by a long time already. $11,000 is not a huge money if you think of how much other people make from their day job. I kind of agree with the newbie guy that 12BTC is actually not that much especially if you're thinking of establishing a company. Nowadays, you can't just think locally when you're opening up a company. You have to think globally so your company would have much more potential.

$11,000 is not that much for business that's why there are startups and whatnot that are worth much more than this even though some startups end up in the dump.

yes although it is better to invest in alt coins. but in fact the price of bitcoin is now increasing and therefore it will be more good option to hold bitcoin for some more time because the price of bitcoin is increasing too much and it can give you good profit if you will simple hold it for the price increase.

What do you mean it is better to inveat on altcoin? It is really hard to maintain that altcoin is going to be pumped or not, it is much volatile that bitcoin and with some bad issues on their coin, it will not pumped forever. It is to risky as I can say, better invest on gambling site or may be do some trading on bitcoin. May be if you are bored you can do some gambling too with some of your money
