The accounts haven't been published yet.  Friedcat is going to do them once deployment's done.

I've had several PM's asking how to transfer shares in, here's the step by step, copied from a previous post.  Wink

The process is:

1) Let me know you'd like to be transferring shares into the passthru.
2) Send friedcat an email (if you have shares, you know his email address) and cc me (burnside \\\ kattare.com) with roughly the following content:  (fill in XX, YY, and ZZ!)
Quote
Please, transfer XX of my shares to burnside to be traded on his ASICMINER-PT.

My bitcoin address on file with ASICMINER is: ZZ
burnside's bitcoin address on file with ASICMINER is: 1DXyYV4oxehn828ZnRSvuziArPoJLQq7SM

When the shares have been transferred please send a confirmation to (burnside \\\ kattare.com).

(burnside, my BTCT.CO account login is: YY.)
3) Once I receive confirmation from Friedcat I will credit your shares on the exchange by transferring shares from the ASICMINER-PT to your BTCT-CO account.

Despite what it says in the contract, all transfer fees will be waived for at least the first 90 days of the asset operations.

Cheers.

after 90 days what are the fees to move it? thanks

Quote from prospectus:

"Assuming Friedcat either completes the ASICMINER exchange, or lists ASICMINER on a public exchange elsewhere, each ASICMINER-PT can be redeemed for 1 ASICMINER for a 0.5 BTC fee.  (per transaction, not per share)

In addition, until Friedcat completes the ASICMINER exchange, 1 ASICMINER can be redeemed for 1 ASICMINER-PT by transferring ASICMINER shares to burnside via Friedcat.  Each such transaction will be subject to a 0.5 BTC fee. (per transaction, not per share) This transaction fee will be waived for transactions over 50 shares."

It seems burnside is being really cool... and allowing transfers out before the "official exchange" is setup. Don't really see that it's needed, but gives nice assurances, if someone wanted to buy on the exchange and then trade them OTC.

There is no minimum to move it in or out.  (I believe this differs from G.ASICMINER-PT, which has a 250 share minimum to move out.)

For the first 90 days, no fees.

After 90 days:

0.5 BTC if you want to move less than 50 shares in or out.
0 BTC if you are moving 50+ shares in or out.

Cheers.

Add: Some fun Friday night numbers for ya.  As of right now we've seen 3985 shares traded since the PT opened.  (BF's G.PT has had 3772 shares traded.)  I'd like to thank everyone for making the IPO and operation of ASICMINER-PT on https://btct.co a resounding success!

I'm ready to move my small amount of shares (124) to this passthrough.

I'm glad I mentioned this to you in my approval comment during the voting phase on BTCT as it seems to be a good alternative until the main exchange comes online and who knows, maybe even beyond that.

What's the procedure for doing the transfer ?

It's nice to hold shares for some 4-5 hours and already earn dividends! :-)

I just completed some business with burnside through BTC-TC. The business took a business day or two and he treated me right. It seems the best way to contact him on BTC-TC business is through bitcointalk forum private message.

Knowing now how to contact him, 10/10 would do business again. I know it can be hard to establish a business based purely on trust, I am another data point other users can see in favor of burnside.

This is only a Pass Through to ASICMiner, all the stuff you're looking for is available in ASICMiner's thread:
