If you are making a one time transfer from USD to BTC then localbitcoins, coinsbase, and trading on this forum can work.  However if you are talking about trading continually as the price of bitcoin fluctuates, then it's best to find a good bitcoin exchange to use.  I hesitate to suggest one because I don't know which is best and there are some that have failed.

I think for low amounts of money you can trade safe on many places. I send money to a friend in Russia, I find that easiest way is to send him money on his Yobit account, then he can easily sell it for rubles and withdraw on his card. So it takes about 30 minutes, last time i sent him 35 $, he received 33.5 so fee for all that was 1.5 $. For me its not much with WU it was much more expensive.

So you see its safe on Yobit also, but problems come when you have huge amounts.. for that is maybe better to pay 2 % extra and be safe.. if someone trying to be cheap on everything thatis no good.

although that rule alone is not useful but i agree that it is always a good thing to have in the back of your head.
it is like what i always say whenever you see a topic on bitcointalk telling you to buy a coin it means that either price has already risen and they want to cash out or the price is falling and they want to slow it down.

i agree with this but its only work if we have more funds in our balance so we can buy two or three or four altcoins and then we can continue to trading. if we only have limit funds, then it would not good if we spent all of our funds, because we need to have back up for our funds. better to buy from small to small but very often to do this rather than we buy in one times but we need to wait until a week then we can take the profit.

your biggest mistake was to hold those coins for more than two weeks. an altcoin that is dead with a low price as low as 1000 satoshi is usually not worth keeping more than a day and you only should buy right before the pump to sell it as fast as possible.

I believe op is talking about exchange, successfully trading involved a lot of factors. When we are talking about trading in bitcoin or other currency trading we are talking about:
1. Margin trading.
2.betting
3.Arbitrary trading
4. Conventional exchange
For you to be successful in trading you most developed your skills and knowledge about how each one of them work. For Margin trading, betting and arbitrary trading, you most leaned trading money management principle and other trading patterns.

I have never traded using localbitcoins platform and i hope you are trading with individual traders which is really risky in my opinion as i am happy getting my coins from exchanges and trading with alt coins and as long as you are getting a good profit it is fun without any doubt,margin trading and arbitrary trading are really risky and i would not dare to do that with a high volatile market like the bitcoin market.

yeah there is a lot of trader make a successful trading with skill and you are right buy bitcoin with low price and then sell it with high price and you can get a good profit from bitcoin in short time because bitcoin has very much modern technology and popular currency.

although i will trade bitcoin even in such a low price. but do not think that the price of bitcoin is felling down to such a low price. hope that the price of bitcoin will cross 1500 USD level in 2017.

but if the price of bitcoin is felling down below 500 USD. i think it will break the heart of the people  and they will even lose interest to trade bitcoin. therefore i can hope that bitcoin price will not fell down below 500 any more and will continue rising for a long time.

but if the price of bitcoin is felling down below 500 USD. i think it will break the heart of the people  and they will even lose interest to trade bitcoin. therefore i can hope that bitcoin price will not fell down below 500 any more and will continue rising for a long time.

Even at $500 levels there will be some buyers hoping about the bounce back of bitcoin price levels instead of being pessimistic in down market. Practically these types of people easily makes successful trades as they are always ready to wait infinitely.

Yes a lot of trade use this strategy. You buy a coin who the price is cheap and wait the price to increase and then sell it. I also recommend if you buy a coin who the price is cheap and the next day the price going to lower then buy a gain. If you want be successful trader make a lot of research.
