You had some issues communicating with the shareholders earlier, but at least it seems like you are trying to build an good exchange.

Well, I can only be agree with that. I focused more on actions, making what I promised(with some late) instead of giving nice communications. The dividend for shareholders will be brought by actions more than communication I supposed seeing some cases like BFL against Avalon. At least for the website creation. Now, since the website is well going, I have more time to focuse on communication. However I know my missing in english language and my so friendly/near to people attitude sometime... can bring me some bad views. As said previously, I hired someone better for that which will reach our team in 1 month or so (He leaved his real job to reach our team), also this communication problem with shareholder should be improved with time.

Until, I will continu to focuse more on actions than talk but I guess shareholders won't reproach me that in future. However I try to do my best to upgrade the communication with shareholders to the level expected.

i'm curious about the first "real" dividend coming this evening and about the future of crypto-trade - you've got all it needs to

As said I will give 100% profit of website to outstangding shares for June also July I think (My whole decision and discretion). However we have real good volume since 3 days only. Dividend should be something btw 0.5% to 1% of price of share in btc. Could be less or could be bigger.Nothing official on this reply just an estimation.

Btw you right, I dont sleep that much or front of screen Anyway we are 3 admins so when I fall in sleep 2 others are here too.

I myself will soon trade exclusively at Crypto-trade.com due to the fact that BTC-E has nonexistent customer service. I have had a withdraw with them stuck in limbo for now soon to be 11 (eleven!) days and despite emailing me daily and several open tickets I have received basically no useful communication at all.

You're also giving away 1000 USD?

On top of the first 20 BTC free dividend, it can look like you're trying to sell off the IPO for a pump n dump.

Or you're just trying to get people in and get the word spread and not lose investors.

Either way, I feel this sort of behaviour should be against the rules.

This was announced way ahead (do some reading before commenting) and was meant as "thank you" to early investors and probably with some thought of good advertisement stunt obv. And also I dont think is giving away extra 1000$ it is probably just his lack of express things in english and what he meant to say that the whole 1k(profit for the month) will be spread between the outstanding shares.

The 1k profit come from website profit. Dividend can only be given to share sold which sound logic so I dont get your questions. If you mean that we did earned nothing personnaly from website profit this month by not take the % we should. Yes as we reversed the full profits made by the website in June. That's was announced and it don't really matter we are not paid from website for moment.

Shares in LTC have a IPO price changing permanently because it have to be equal to 0.2 btc. I also place share by small batch at daily rate or more updated rate. Actually shares are placed at 6.3 ltc
