panic selling usually happen when someone is creating a fud about bitcoin or any other altcoins in the market specially if the newbie holder easily believe in the created fud, you dont have to be worry about the panic selling if you have enough information about the altcoin you hold, instead of selling you should buy the dip and wait for the pump.

Those who sell are new in the crypto, newbies usually think it's easy to make money here so when there is a FUD they easily
panic because they do not consider the possible bad news, FUD will cause problem only to those who did not do their research but it's good
to have this FUD so we can benefit by buying cheap coins when weak hands dump.

What if somebody will make a huge dump and sell it all the way to earn some profits because of this rally in bitcoin,and someone sees it and do that same thing. Is there any effect on bitcoin when someone to this,?

of course even if bitcoin is not controlled by 1 or 2 people only but economic law keep running, those who have capital will be able to play with bitcoin price by dump or pump as they want

Panic selling is only making the rich to be more richer,  because of fuds and fake news panic is created that is why holders are selling because they are afraid seeing the price going down, and the whales have the opportunity to buy cheap coins.

Exactly what happens but normally this happens to the inexperienced ones in the crypto world who sell valuable coins for cheap. But now, there is no point in panic selling. The Fundstrat  group of analysts still hold their claim on the upcoming end of the crypto bear market trend. I think some people are doing that every time to down bitcoin's price  and make some profit, not sure how it possible with such market cap of ~112,500,000,000$, but team of guys , who have at least 100 bitcoins each, I think can do that. We can't force all people to stay calm in a situation that bitcoin is falling and falling again. There are some people who are so afraid in losing their investment so instead to wait of high price they sell it thinking that it may become as low as todays value.

But for me before entering this cryptocurrency, I need to understand and prepare my self on how I will handle situation that bitcoin may fluctuates either too high or too low. Panic selling will never be a good idea in an investment, because panic will always leads you to regrets in the future.
