Getting into the semifinals doesnt mean that they are actually great. Luck could be one of the factor although I would agree on this that USA is much better than colombia, the main reason would be that they are the home team for the copa america so they really need to win the 3rd place for the honor of their country

Argentina vs Chile (Final) - Argentina win
USA vs Colombia (3rd Place) - Colombia win

I will also go for Colombia. Did not like them in the group phase, and they never gor a real chance aggainst Chile, because they started so bad, and then it was just impossible to do something, but I think they are much stronger than USA, and even with them playing at home and being motivated to at least get a 3rd place, I think Colombia will still win.
