Well maybe man maybe not because it is not certain what price will bitcoin be after halving its either higher or lower if I look at halving previously, it was increased to $1000 more, but the current situation is different. but maybe it would be the same if we look at the current prices continue to rise fast enough

Yeah with the growth percentage it seems $1000 to be something realistic and reachable price within a short term as halving is gonna happen within few months.

There is much anticipation of an explosion in the bitcoin price after halving. To me, I think this is just a hype that will pass with the clouds because after the previous halving, there has been a drastic change in the use of bitcoins. People are now using it more than before and i don't think it will reach to that point of going beyond $ 1,000.

That would be nice for us but imo the truth is its not a realistic price as of the moment. Most realistic price for me is just $1k-$2k.

In previous halving price moved $10 to $1000 then dropped to $200 & steady for a long time So, growth = $10 X 20 = $200 Simple calculation After this halving price will go $200 X 20 = $4000 ? No, i think not after the halving and also not in this year. I really don't understand how you can calculate it. it is a normalastically thinking, because we see now bitcoin is growing up but not become to reach at $4000. But i am sure, bitcoin will be reached this price but after 4 or 5 years ago. If it will be happened after the halving, so what can we do in the HALVING?

yes looks simple, but it actually traveling bitcoin is very complicated and difficult to predict. $1k at the end of the year was quite.
it remains unclear, there is no information about this halving, maybe it could be would be $ 4,000, but maybe that's just going to be over $ 1,000. clear, we can only look at the current state, may hold bitcoin now is the right choice, because if the price goes up to $ 1000 in a short time, it will be very good yes means we have to look at the effect of halving until the end of the year, because I think the price will not be immediately increase when after halving occurs. if the end of the year to touch $1000, yes as you say, it could be increased even further. but do not forget that it can also fall very quickly

You forgot one detail about the last halving the price didn't pumped x20 immediately, the price was increase after few months after the halving. But i don't think the same scenario will happen this halving. I doubt even if the price will double or not. Seeing bitcoin at ~$700 would be a perfect starting after the halving.

i agree that bitcoin price will reach $4000 after halving but the question is after how long?
i don't think it can get there this year. so it can even take until late 2017 to reach $4000 if everything goes right.
What kind of "everything goes right" scenario you are thinking that can bring the price to $4000 until late 2017 or I will extend it until 2020. Being a bitcoin believer is normal but don't desire too much.

I agree chief ,$4000 is too high to expect as now it takes more years even i think and expecting till this end of 2016 it will not as high as $1000 but still if it happens its a good thing for us.

ask the people of January 2013 what they thought the realistic price would be at the end of the year. Surely they would have said $15, $16, or maybe even $20 if they were bold. They might even have claimed $5 if they were bearish. Maybe some of them might be extremely optimistic and claim it would go all the way up to $30, but they would be laughed at. Jokes on all of them, as the price went to $1244 that year, and it didn't even take a full year. Don't lecture me on what bitcoin can or can't do. $1000 is a way too low estimate.

Even 1000$ is impossible to reach, bitcoin will be playing around 700-800$ after halving and by nextyear we might see some big changes on the price of bitcoin.
