You should care. I for example have to pay all bills with my salary. I really can't afford to risk seeing its value go down with 20-30% in a matter of days when something happens. Of course I have enough savings to catch up everything, but my salary is not something to be played with. People should carefully consider all risks that are involved in having Bitcoin as salary.

Its not sure that price will keep on rising in future, it may also fall and that also to an extreme level and the fact is what exactly will happen in future so I will never prefer to accept salary in bitcoins.

If there was an option to do so with your manager I would, I like the whole system and would save me the trouble of spending time and effort to buy BTC, although I would need to exchange most of it to pay the normal expenses that you can't pay for with BTC.

I do not want my salary in Bitcoin because the price of the Bitcoin is not stable and that would mean that your salary is not going to be stable.

Yeah if price goes higher and remain stable in future then we can afford to receive salary in bitcoins, but as of now I don't think its a smart move to make.

Personally I won't. Because many facilities in my area doesn't support BTC payment. I do not mind receiving, say, 20% of my pay in BTC denomination.

for me it is not good to received salary in bitcoin you can not assure if the price will continue to increase and also there is a charge to deduct during exchanging your bitcoin into fiat because that is not acceptable in more store in each country.

if someone doing a job in his real offline life in a office then it is better for him to receive the salary in the desired fiat money. but if someone doing an online job then bitcoin is better than any online payment source. accepting payment in bitcoin is much better instead of accepting paypal etc. your money will be safe in bitcoin.

That depends on our preference, me I would love to receive them both because I am also a bitcoin enthusiast and it is a privilege for me because I do not have to buy bitcoin with my fiat and I can automatically trade using my bitcoin.

Yeah its possible to accept salary in bitcoins in future when there will be many places to spend them without converting to fiat to use them, and if that happens then its good choice to get paid in bitcoins.
