I think few people would want to receive their salary in BTC, because all bills need to be payed in Fiat anyways. As a result you will in any case end up converting to Fiat.
However, some people could prefer to receive lets say 10% of their income in BTC as an investment / inflation resistant currency. After all it save you the hassle of converting it yourself it might save you on some exchange fees and risk.

If I do not want to get my salary from BTC. Because of you, it is very difficult to find a facility that supports BTC. In addition I prefer to keep money in the bank, and I only use bitcoin as a short-term investment.

Like the many says it is hard to make sure you can pay your bills if you get your income in bitcoin and don't know what the value will be the next day.
Being paid partly in bitcoin would be an option I would consider however.

Exactly, and we can afford to receive salary in bitcoins if we are able to spend it directly everywhere to buy anything that we want, but its not happening at a moment so its better to continue with fiat. You have a point if we can spend it directly our Bitcoin to merchants then it's okay to receive Bitcoin as our salary. As you said it's not possible as of now since Bitcoins adoption. Is not fully scattered all over the globe. Therefore we should accept fiat as our salary and that's we are doing for how many years already. |

Nope, takes 3 days for me to convert that to cash for real life expenses. Once my bills can be paid in btc, then I wouldn't mind.
Is that how long you convert your bitcoin into fiat in your country? That is quite too long indeed. Luckily in our country we can instantly convert our bitcoin into fiat. So even if we receive our salary in bitcoin, there is no problem. If I do not want to get my salary from BTC. Because of you, it is very difficult to find a facility that supports BTC. In addition I prefer to keep money in the bank, and I only use bitcoin as a short-term investment.
Even if there is only a few establishment that accepts bitcoin, it can be converted to fiat anyway. It is just a minor inconvenience. Maybe the suggestion of others, part bitcoin part fiat is the most attractive deal. You do not have to buy bitcoin anymore for your short term investment, and you also receive fiat for your daily needs. |

To be honest I want to receive a salary in the current currency in which I usually get. The fact that I have no way to use bitcoin completely re as a common currency. In nemya bitcoin in the country is not yet so popular.
The situation is same everywhere as we don't have enough places to use them for buying anything and that makes us to think twice whether should we go for it or not. |

The big issue is your boss or company do know about bitcoin use and have it, then he think to pay you with bitcoins, i would as a boss like to pay those, because i can pay you 1 btc as your salary, worthing 600 dollars now, and next year this same bitcoin jump into 800 dollars, soo i could had made 200 profit, and my employer would be getting those difference. I really doubt any company will make this an option, and you can spend bitcoins where you want just get a debit card of bitcoin. |

I do not want to receive my salary in Bitcoins because there is not much that I can do worth them I cannot pay my bills and other stuff with them. It would not make much sense to make them that way in my opinion.
As quoted you have a valued reason but when years pass we can find more access of payment with bitcoin. I don't wish to get salary in terms of bitcoin because it gives a increased salary in a month and gives low salary next time as the price fluctuation happens often. I agree I also would not like to have Bitcoin as an salary because it is just not stable. one time you will get much money and the other time less money. If I am working somewhere I would like to receive a stable salary so that it makes me more comfortable. |

Sad for you that it would take 3 days or more to convert your bitcoin into cash basis in my country it easy to convert bitcoin into cash or it easy to sell bitcoin into cash because we are using bitcoin wallet where based on our country and it partnered by some bank where they can deposit our money in just 30 or 15 minutes |

And what will you do if price falls or bitcoins disappear in future? And if that happens then there will be no value for your coins, so its better to keep on receiving salary in fiat and not to risk our income. |

If you are a BTC lover, would you one day like to get your paycheck 100% in BTC? Personally I won't. Because many facilities in my area doesn't support BTC payment.  I do not mind receiving, say, 20% of my pay in BTC denomination. It's depend on the situation though. If the price of bitcoin keep increase like today, yes i like to received my salary in bitcoin, but not for long term. Only for short term and when the bitcoin's price goes down i won't in bitcoin. WOuld i like to get payed my salary in bitcoins i dont think he knows exactly what i am thinking about the bitcoin whywould i accept bitcoins instead of cash nah sorry would never do that! |

The reason why i don't want my salary in bitcoins because in my place bitcoin is not much popular and even there is not a single store who accept bitcoins so we have to exchange that coins in our local currency then we are able to use. And bitcoins value is not constant so it go up sometime which is very good for user but when it goes down then users is not that much happy from that. |

I would not like to receive my salary in bitcoin cause If i receive it in bitcoin it means I can lose it in bitcoin cause bitcoin is volatile and not to be trusted with big amounts yet IMO.
This is why i wouldn't accept it yet but maybe in the near future I would depending on btc.
