I do not think this would work for me because I spend alot of my bitcoin either trading or gambling. If my whole salary was in bitcoin I would probably end up losing more than I want to. This is why when I trade or gamble I convert from fiat to bitcoin so I can limit myself.

it is your fault. you should be able to control your emotions and your actions. never find it easy to get the money. it does not mean bitcoin can be obtained easily. |

I wouldn't want it anything more than %30 in BTC since it's still not practical to use BTC physically and it's not accepted "at least not regularly" in real shops therefore I would need to exchange the rest to USD, There might be time in the future where you can use BTC physically + get paid in BTC  . the same for me, i think that it is better to not get too much in bitcoins because it would be possible to lose money |

No, i won't. Because in my country bitcoins is not popular so i can't spend my bitcoins. I prefer receieve my salary on fiat, so i can use my money directly. No need to exchange the bitcoins into fiat first.
Yes and to prevent a hassle one since salary will be used the moment you receive it. If people wants bitcoin then just buy it using some portions of the salary. It's way more less hassle. Salaries are meant to cover all our daily needs. If there's an extra then they may consider to buy bitcoin. |

I wouldn't like to receive my salary in bitcoin cause bitcoin cant be used to pay my bills which means I'd have to convert back my bitcoins and when you do that you lose money from fees so i benefit more from straight fiat salary.

I would like to receive my salary in bitcoin if the price of bitcoin stable and not change every minutes and also if my salary is rated in dollar but we can convert it into bitcoin.
Indeed if the prices keep changing every day then the salary is not safe either it means you win some money or lose some and i don't think people want to take this risk every day and month with their salary. |

I wouldn't like to receive my salary in btc cause btc is not stable and I don't want to lose all my money but I would like to receive part of my salary in bitcoin cause nowadays I convert a part anyways and like this I could probably dodge the fees.

Well i'm done investing in Bitcoin so there's no points for me to received payment in Bitcoin. I don't convert flat to bitcoin anymore because i already have sufficient Bitcoin in my Bitcoin wallet. But if every company will give salary as Bitcoin then i don't have no choice but to accept it.

No way not me. I am surprised you. Maybe you have no steady bills but if you got steady bills but if you have then you would have said not because 1 bad month of the price and you will be in debt.
It's hard to live with this kind of security.
In that case it would be reasonable to get a half of it in bitcoin and the other half in fiat because the half you got in fiat can be used for bills and other things while the half given in bitcoin can be used for trading or holding, if you are holding them and you see a price drop you should immediately send your coins to make yourself safe from a loss. in order to avoid a lot hassle, you can already use a part of your salary to buy bitcoin. why would you wait for the day your salary will be paid in bitcoin. that doesn't make any sense. just use 5 or 10% of your monthly salary, and buy yourself some coins with that amount. either keep holding them as an investment, or start spending them as a currency. That can also be done actually but maybe if you buy them from an exchange or an individual you will have to pay some fees which is the only thing you wont need to do if you get a part of your salary in bitcoin, the authority you are working with would probably pay you the full amount in bitcoins without any fees or something. |

it's really hard to fully depend on bitcoin as your salary just because it's not acceptable in shops and restaurants/malls and so on and you would need to exchange btc to your local currency therefore wouldn't be useful to get paid all your salary in BTC.

I would never like this because it would be risky and I also than have to transfer it to my currency to actually pay the billings I have monthly.

Agree with this, i would rather choose to recieve fiat as my salary since i could able to control on how much bitcoin would i buy in the future and also the price of fiat is fixed already and theres no worry on inflation and deflation which is present on bitcoin. Receiving bitcoin as our salary is a risky thing though. |

Yeah, right? Who wants unstable income anyways. If your salary is already allocated to your expenses and you do this periodically, your state of living would surely be ruined. |

I would say I will only accept if it will only favour me in the sense that salary is fixed so also what I will be paid. Because a 0.01btc could worth 6 dollars in a particular day and in five hours, could turn into 3 dollars or 9 dollars as the case may swing due to volatility. Either I will only accept a particular amount as BTC with a dollar benchmark that it wont go below aside that, let me stick to the dollars...

It's depend. If my salary received in US Dollar but can exchange it into bitcoin, maybe i want try to receive my salary into bitcoin. So, i can select my salary in USD or in BTC.
I would'nt like to receive my salary in bitcoin because your salary is what you pay the bills with i suppose and if you want to convert bitcoin back then that costs alot of money too. Yes its true bitcoin is hard to use as payment method to those payable like electricity utility bills and many more but soon if bitcoin will going to accept as payment method i will use bitcoin as a salary on my job and this is for my side line beest i dea |
