However, i realise that i have max out my order with my btc. So in order for me to raise my order, i need to adjust my amount and rate but i am not allowed to do that, so how can i up my rate? I hope it is asking me to donate more.

You can move raise your orders. You just need to adjust the rate. Use the + sign next to your order to do so.

I can only adjust the rate but that would exceed my limit. Or will the amount change accordingly to match with my limit?

That is a scam transaction now that I look at it hard. It shows the total Estimated BTC Transacted to be only 0.00007698 BTC.
Maybe someone try to get you to credit the account with the btc so they can try and withdrawal it. I hope you did not do that.

Yesterday i also encounter the same thing and the amount for incoming transaction is only about 70usd and the outgoing transaction is about 0.88btc. The outgoing transaction took up to 8hrs to confirm and the incoming transaction took about 16hrs to confirm. This is due to a queue in the system and if you pay with too little fees the system will not work on your transaction first.
